I actually booked this for my mum and her partner, they absolutely loved it, the house, the beautiful grounds and the perfect location for exploring the area. We are looking to book again for later this year.

I am so pleased to hear you loved our home.
The weather did not put you off and you made the most of your time.
Look forward to welcoming you again.
By far the nicest holiday home I have ever stayed in, perfect setting, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.
Plenty to do within easy reach, but just as nice to stay at the house and relax.
Can't wait to stay again.

The house was lovely, very comfortable and well equipped, but most of all the setting and views from the windows were wonderful. Extremely peaceful with interesting wildlife all around.
Beautiful large house, with gorgeous views overlooking the Lake. Very scenic and quiet and teaming with wildlife. Great place to stay to explore the Malvern Hills and nearby are some fabulous walks. Dogs and adults all enjoyed there stay.

We are so pleased to read your lovely comments about our property and glad that you had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Hope to see you again Jennifer
Perfect environment, comfortable accommodation with everything one might need and ideal for exploring at least 3 counties.
Property was clean and very cozy, furnished in character with it's setting. Host was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed two weeks of peace and
Loved everything about this property. The house itself was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable for the six of us. The beautiful outside garden was quiet and relaxing If we wanted to explore there was a lot for adults to visit within a 30 minute drive. Definitely would like to stay again soon as we have made some lovely memories.
Peaceful, stay at a large and well looked after property
We had a peaceful week in this property with large rooms and a wonderful garden where wildlife was abundant and the lake added to the setting. Shame there was no shop for some miles where we could have bought a paper etc but this didnt affect our stay.
Lady’s Field House was the perfect choice for our first stay in the Malvern Hills.
The house is just lovely. Very well equipped with everything you’d need for an extended stay. Great accommodation for 4 adults, with a good mix of privacy and social areas. Furnishings are homely and comfortable. Gardens are extensive and private.
The location was perfect for exploring the wider local area.
We’d stay again
We wanted a place we could stop and forget about the rat race. This property nailed that. It was clean and well presented. Off the beaten track, but not too far from amenities etc. Owner and cleaner were accommodating when contacted. All up it made for a very pleasurable 2 weeks away. Many thanks, I'm sure we will be returning. !

Thank you for your kind words, some times we hate sharing our secret place , but love it when it is appreciated.
See you again Jennifer
From the moment we arrived we felt very at home. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed spending our evenings sat around the kitchen table with a quiz crossword and a glass of wine whilst we collectively prepared dinner.
The garden is large with fabulous views as far as the eye can see and overlooks the lake. We enjoyed sharing the garden with a large variety of wildlife and were kept very entertained by the many ducks, moorhens and coots that came to visit each day.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend a visit.
Stunning location beside private lake. Peaceful but with entertainment provided by the wildlife. All rooms well furnished and decorated with three TVs. The kitchen appliances, implements, crockery and cutlery were of a quality and quantity. The property manager dealt with minor issue immediately.

We were looking for something to rent in the Pensax area as we have family that live in th evillage but never dreamed of fiding such a perfect place to stay. The house is "older" but has been beautifully updated where needed whilst maintating its original character. The Kitchen in particular is fabulous.
Pensax is defintely off the beaten path but that is excatly what we wanted and Lady's Field House delivered! Jennifer (the Owner) and Jane (the Caretaker) were both informative and fast to respond to questions for I was very appreciative given the uncertainty of travelling during the pandemic.
We will certainly be booking again (well in advance) for our future Christmas trips to the UK.

A gorgeous property in a stunning,private location
The cottage was exactly as described, in a beautiful setting with lovely views across the lake. The property was very clean on arrival and we loved every room in the house. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and they even provided bird food for us so that we could refill the feeders - so thoughtful! The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of radios and instructions were provided for everything in the house, I would highly recommend this property - the cottage is so private and peaceful and we didn't want to leave! The location is great for exploring nearby attractions including Ludlow, Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcerster and we even hired a barge for the day and travelled along the beautiful canals. There are some lovely walks in the area as well with great views of the Malvern Hills. What better way to start a Sunday morning than having croissants and coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake, watching the wildlife and listening to the Church bells ringing - bliss! We would all love to return to this beautiful cottage one day!

We had a wonderful time at Lady’s Field House, very peaceful and relaxing!
The house itself was comfortable, well furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. And what fabulous views from each of the windows!!
The lake in particular was stunning surrounded by lovely autumn colours. We enjoyed going on many walks directly from the house as well as visiting Great Malvern and Ludlow nearby.
We can fully recommend this wonderful house and the local area!
This was the best holiday home we have ever stayed in! Everything we could possibly have needed with a beautiful garden in a picturesque location. We would love to return!
From the moment you drive up you just know how perfect this house will be. Beautiful, peaceful and just simply gorgeous inside and out. To say we Loved our stay is an understatement, we enjoyed the quiet beautiful lakeside setting with the so comfortable and homely house. It was the perfect place for our family reunion with our grown up kids, they didn’t want to leave, nor did we. After the Covid year this house was just what we all needed and we all wish to thank the owners for an amazing stay and for allowing us to stay in their wonderful beautiful house. We would love to go back again and again. Many thanks Mandy and Steve

Thank you for your wonderful comments, it makes all the difficult times and the hard work reopening all worth while.
We know we are not the most modern ( minimalist) of cottages but sure you feel it is our family home you are sharing.
Please come again, you know how to contact me, we would be delighted to host you all again.
Regards Jennifer
This property is in an ideal place if you want peace and tranquillity. Situated on the edge of a small village of Pensax. Sitting in the garden overlooking the lake and the large lawn is perfect. The house is large with all the amenities you could want for 6 people. There was just two of us but still felt at home. Lots of signposted footpaths around the property and surrounding area. Finding the church was a mystery to solve but we got there. Lots of places of interest within easy reach. We would recommend the Living Museum in Dudley with a boat trip through the labyrinth of underground tunnels.
We will be back.
