This beautiful 1 bedroom Penthouse apartment is situated in the heart of San Eugenio, Playa de las Americas in the complex VIñA Del Mar just 3 minutes walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation offers a balcony with amazing sea views, swimming pool and free on-site parking.
The apartment has all what you need for a very comfortable holiday, an equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, free wifi, hair dryer, safe and air con. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

The main bus station is 5 minutes walk, Siam park and mall 15 minutes walk.
Airport transfers are available.

A week in Tenerife.
Jason and Julia were the perfect hosts. Always on hand if we needed them. The apartment was as advertised and as we know the area, it was the perfect location for us. Close to the beach and not far to walk to bars and restaurants. A car is not essential. The owners offer a collection to and from the airport. We enjoyed the views from the penthouse apartment. The swimming pool and pool area was never busy. Enough sunbeds. Its good to be able to go to the pool area at our own leisure rather than getting involved with sunbed wars at hotels. Overall the apartment met all our expectations and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Viel zu laut, 12 ..ich wiederhole..zwölf....Straßen ( inclusive Autobahn )direkt hinter dem Apartment, schlechte Reinigung bei Übergabe, Schimmel im Kühlschrank, defekte Küchengeräte, fehlende Geräte, die vorhandenen Geräte waren billigste Qualität, Bett viel kleiner als beschrieben....nur ca. 1,40m x1,80m......Fenster kaputt und schließen nicht richtig.....Eingangstür stark beschädigt ( anscheinend 1 oder mehrere Einbrüche), Tür schließt nicht richtig ab....dadurch der volle Lärm Tag und Nacht von draußen.....Lampe im Schlafzimmer komplett defekt.....auf den Stühlen kann man schlecht sitzen....kein Backofen....Mikrowelle defekt....." Couch" ist ein Schlafsofa und sehr schlecht zum sitzen....Fernsehen klein und funktioniert sehr schlecht, da über Internet( häufig Ausfälle, schlechte Übertragung und...).......Abzugshaube über Herd sehr schmutzig.....auch Licht in der Abzugshaube defekt....Wasser- und Stromleitungen im ganzen Haus wurden erneuert...dadurch während der 2 Monate Dauer oft kein Strom ( inclusive Lift) und Wasser.....dadurch auch viel Schmutz und noch viel mehr Lärm in der Anlage......verschieden Apartments wurden komplett renoviert....nacheinander....dadurch auch viel Lärm.....auch tagsüber am Pool.....am Pool viel zu wenige Liegen....dadurch morgens schon um 7:30 Uhr Reservierungen von Liegen.....Liegen sehr unbequem....positiv war nur kostenlos Wifi, Meerblick und die Sonne ab Mittag......und...und....und....
Wohnung viel zu teuer.....sehr schlechte Qualität....schlechte Anlage...es gibt für weniger Geld viele bessere Unterkünfte......ich kann alles belegen....auch durch viele Fotos....stelle ich gerne zur Verfügung.
Zusammen gefaßt...laßt die Finger davon....ihr ärgert euch nur.......
