About this property

Minimalistic family house on the edge of the woods but 15 min from the city

The house is a on a steep street in the Buda hills in a fantastic environment, right at the edge of the forest, with a beautiful view to the other hills, south facing. The drive to the city is 15 min, or a tram is another chance that is 6-7 min walk and it also takes you into the city.
The house has two floors, groundfloor has a huge living room, together with kitchen and dining. This floor has a guest room with its own bathroom, plus another separate toilet. There are three bedrooms at the first floor, the master bedroom has a huge own bathroom with double shower plus a bathtub at the middle. The other two bedrooms are used by children and the two has its own separate bathroom.
The garage is for two cars, and there is direct access to the house from it.
The terrasse has a size of about 100 sqm, which in the summer is totally integrated to the groundfloor interiors.
The house is perfect for a family with 2-3 children, but in the guestroom another couple has an extendable bed as well.

Why they chose this property

Our house is fantastic, very bright, lots of windows, huge 100sqm terrasse, right at the edge of a forest. We tohught that when we go for holidays in the summer, we would be welcoming families from other countries, so we would fix our holidays according to the dates of potential tenants.

What makes this property unique

Very convenient 15 min drive to the city, good public transport also, our street is neighboring a huge forest, so perfect to do long walks, trekking, running, biking, walking the dog. And the house itself, is a beauty:)
