Todo perfecto. La comunicación tanto con Pascal como con Anita excelente. El apartamento incluso mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos (por ejemplo la tv es mucho mayor que la de la foto). La vistas desde la planta de arriba espectacules. Tuvimos muy buen tiempo y la piscina comunitaria casi para nosotros solos

Lovely apartment with everything you need

My family and I had a lovely stay for 10 days here. The roof terrace is very nice & a lovely place to soak up the sun. It is located in a quiet area, just close enough to the pubs and restaurants. It is not far from the mercadonna supermarket which has everything you need. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy & was spacious enough for the 6 of us. We had all the amenities we needed in the apartment from a radio to a hairdryer and the washing machine came in very handy, no taking dirty clothes home in the suitcases! Thanks again Pascal & Frederic, We really hope to be back soon!

French couple, both teachers, (male English teacher, female primary school teacher)really attracted to the area where we spent some very nice holidays and eager to make people discover one of the nicest places of Spain.
Family with 3 children, the residence and the area are ideal for them too.

Why they chose this property

A place to enjoy the sun all year, with some of the finest beaches of Spain, and many nice cities to visit, like Cartagena, Alicante or Torrevieja. Really convenient to have all the shops nearby without taking your car.

What makes this property unique

Nice and quiet, with all the comfort of your house. Trouble free with the dishwasher (who wants to wash the dishes on holidays??) washing machine and air conditioning for nights with the sweetest dreams.
Really safe for the children as none can enter the property without a key.
The lift to the garage a real asset! Especially when you come back from the shops or golf course! Free Wifi to keep in contact with family or prepare excursions.
