Wonerful Cabin and Location

The cabin was perfect. Everything inside looked new and very well maintained. It allowed us to enter both East and West Glacier entrances in about an hour. The small town about 30 minutes away had places to eat and grcoery store. This was a real cabin in the real woods !!!

Peaceful

This is just a lovely, comfortable and peaceful place to be. Wonderful to come home to after a long day in the park. The owner goes the distance with small but appreciated amenities. Congrats to the owners, just a lovely place to enjoy the forest and wind down.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

This was a perfect cabin for 4 adults. We were able to drive both to East and west side of Glacier, close to Two Medicine hiking. Cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved quiet mornings with coffee on the back deck. Great memories made here!

Perfect Cabin!

This was the perfect place for our family to relax after enjoying activities at Glacier National Park! The cabin was very clean as was the lawn; the firepit was the perfect place to visit or just listen to nature. The hosts were clear with expectations during the stay and the check-in/out process. They also contacted us twice to see if we needed anything. The cabin was much larger than we expected and comfortably housed six adults for the week. I highly recommend this VRBO!!

This cabin was perfect

It was so cute, perfect Montana cabin feel. In between west and East Glacier entrances. It was well stocked and we received complimentary stuff for s’mores which we used in the fire pit outback. Love our stay here!!!

Great Spot

The cabin was just what our family needed with an ideal location for accessing all of the GNP park entrances. Leona was very helpful throughout the week. We made some great memories and so glad we chose to stay here. We would definitely return if we come back to Glacier

Fantastic find

We loved staying in this true Montana log cabin. It has all the amenities we could possible want including a wood burning fireplace which was fantastic for curling up with a book on a rainy day. Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings and a short drive to either of Glacier Park entrances made this a holiday we won't forget.

What a wonderful stay!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful (the photos don’t do it justice). We loved our backyard camp fires (thank you so much for the s’mores basket - what a pleasant surprise!) with the family. The cabin is clean, comfortable and the host took care of all the details. They provided wood, games, movies, hiking sticks, bear sticks, a functional kitchen and comfy bedrooms and living spaces. It was easy for us to get to the park every day and we enjoyed our evenings at the cabin. We had a great stay!

Extremely happy...

First trip to Montana for our 30th Anniversary. It was well worth the 23 hour drive. It was much more then we expected. The cabin was clean and cozy. Great place to come back to after a day in the park. Would definitely return if we get the chance.

My 4 kids and I

Cabin was perfect ! My two girls took the master the king bed was perfect, the two boys had the loft with two twins. And I got the couch…a pull out …surprisingly comfortable! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could possibly want, everyone’s eyes are always bigger than their stomach. So there’s lots of condiments, coffee, tea, filter’s garbage bag’s paper towels , you get the idea. Location is perfect, 30min from the wast entrance, peaceful and quiet you can smell the pines!

Nice get-a-way

Four towels for three adults for six days is horrible! Extremely low wattage bulbs made it difficult to see in bedrooms. Grill was not functional. Need extension cords for poorly placed outlets. Even with all this, the cabin was enjoyable. We cooked hotdogs and marshmallows on the firepit. A fox visited us one morning. The inside rustic cabin was charming. The location between East and West Glacier was perfect.

Cute cabin

The cabin itself was very nice, well taken care of and cozy. We booked the cabin months ahead of time. We had already reserved the cabin on this site and paid our deposit, when we got a message from the owners that they had already booked the cabin for the first day of our visit with another customer (assuming on another site?) and that we couldn't stay there the first day. Slightly stressful but was far enough in advance that both me and my husbands work places were willing to switch which days off we had for vacation to shift the entire thing over 1 day. During our stay, the owners also decided to move in new furniture in the middle of our stay instead of waiting 2 more days until we were leaving, which was not very relaxing. Overall nice cabin, in a wooded lot and still enjoyed our stay there. Likely will stay somewhere else for our next visit.

Perfect family connection!

Our stay was perfect! The cabin is tucked away in nature, secluded from others and yet perfectly located to all points of the park. During our week we travelled to the East entrance, the Two Medicine entrance (twice), the Many Glacier entrance, Hungry Horse and Whitefish....and all places in between. The cabin is central to all. While we were there the Going To The Sun Road opened all the way up. Leona texted us to let us know first thing in the morning before the news had even reached us! Thankfully we had snagged a 24hr before pass and were able to drive the entire thing....something we had not planned. The cabin is very clean and welcoming. Everything you need is there to cook meals. Lots of games and movies are available for relaxing. Lots of wood available for the wood stove, which we used a couple of nights. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beds in the loft being bigger! It did get warm in the loft but there are fans up there. We were careful to not overuse water as asked....but the bathroom/shower and also drinking water were perfect and we had no issues. We spent a good amount of time on the deck enjoying the birds and views. We also ventured down the hill (with our bear spray) to see where the trails went. We found elk? moose? poop but did not encounter anyone responsible for it. Lots of birds! LOTS of mosquitoes! There was a citronella candle provided on the deck....definitely necessary, as was spray. Perfect stay! We will be back!

Amazing experience in Glacier area

Where to begin…so many wonderful things to list. Upon arrival we were delighted with the secluded feeling of the cabin, while right off hwy 2, and conveniently located between the east and west entrances to the park (as well as nearby towns), the long winding driveway through the woods made it feel like we were truly “off the grid”. The cabin itself was super cute, with plenty of room for my wife and I and our 4 kids. The kids all bunked up in the loft while we took the master bedroom. The girls loved having their own space up in the loft, and we loved having their messes confined to that area 🙄. The kitchen table was huge and perfect for us, and the fridge was well stocked with condiments (like lots of things I would not have expected but were much appreciated). Everything was clean upon arrival and there was even a nice care package of s’mores supplies waiting for us on the counter. Outside the deck was spacious and perfect for hanging out, the gas grill was great and we used it most nights. The fire pit was awesome, nice Mountain View and plenty of seating for us. We also really enjoyed the winding paths through the woods where we could explore the 4 acres. As far as location, we were worried it would be too far outside of the park for our daily trips into glacier - not the case. Yes, you have to drive into the park and yes we had to get up early to ensure we had parking spaces for all of the hiking trails on our list, but everything is a bit of a drive in that area and when you’re driving past mountains and moose and other awesome things it’s not so bad 😊. For groceries Columbia fallls is the closest and we went to Smith’s grocery which had everything we needed. We also drove into big fork and went river tubing (cabin owner’s suggestion) and it was a blast. The hosts - fantastic. Checked in with us a couple of times during our trip and were there for anything we needed. They also made some wonderful suggestions for us before our trip and everything they suggested that we did worked out awesome. The only bad thing about our time there was having to leave. I didn’t want to ever leave! But that’s the thing with vacations - although we hope to be back!

Absolute perfection

What an ideal place to stay! The owners were wonderful answering all my questions prior to our stay and everything went perfectly. The cabin is absolutely charming, clean, and private. The master bed is SO comfortable which was a true blessing after long hikes in Glacier. The cabin had everything we needed: linens, towels, everything you need in a kitchen, spices, some condiments, Glacier guidebooks, bug/bear spray, etc. The stores basket was a sweet welcome, we especially appreciated the jiffy pop as my husband had never experienced it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us :)
