Several sandy beaches and golf courses within easy reach. The mid-climate of French Riviera makes it ideal for golf lovers in autumn and winter time.

I grew up in Paris and now live in Normandy (North West of France).
Why they chose this property
I have always loved French Riviera where I often spent holidays as a child.
I especially appreciate quiet houses located in the country side.
This one is located upland, has beautiful panoramical views, no neighbours and is very peaceful, without being far from the coast.

What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this location when I first visit it for its magnificent views, trees and quiet. I then decided to buy the land and build this house as I wished it : 4 bedrooms for adults + 1 bedroom for their children (6 max) so that I could enjoy this house with my friends and family. I also wanted to have large living rooms all communicating in open space, as well as a quiet swimming pool not to close to the house, heated to be able to use it in mid season. At last I wanted to have a landscaped and colorful garden (Lavender, rosemary, olive trees, oleander, fruit trees + many more to be in harmony with the beautiful landscape surrounding.
