Completely renovated, independent heating, air-conditioned (extra € 100 weekly in July / August for climate) and elegantly furnished.
View of the Monte di Portofino, Villa Durazzo and its park, the hill of San Lorenzo della Costa and a glimpse of the sea.
It can comfortably accommodate 5 people.

Great location accommodation limited supplies

We had wonderful time and villa was in a great location. The furnishings were old and supplies were limited. Bath rooms are not in suite.

Sono contenta siate stati molto bene nella nostra casa. Mi dispiace abbiate sottolineato la presenza di arredi d'epoca nel soggiorno e nella camera matrimoniale,solitamente molto apprezzati e ben visibili nelle foto e non abbiate riconosciuto la presenza di una modernissima e accessoriata cucina e di altrettanto nuovi ed impeccabili bagni. Nell'annuncio non e' specificato che i bagni si trovino all'interno delle camere da letto : si tratta di un appartamento non di un hotel. Comunque siete stati ospiti piacevoli e speriamo di rivederVi.

Lovely apartment and lovely location

Excellent apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And importantly has elevator since on 5th floor. Air conditioning is available if necessary. Full function kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances and washer if you stay long enough like i did. The location is perfect. With all shops and bars right there and close to sea. Maybe 5 mins walking down lovely street.

Heerlijk centraal gelegen. Auto tegen betaling voor een week gestald bij de garage om de hoek. Alle winkeltjes om de hoek. Strand om de hoek. Inrichting van het appartement is wat gedateerd. Fijne badkamers en slaapkamers. Ik zou het verblijf anderen zeker aanraden

This flat is really amazing! Everything is very clean and comfortable. Embroidery on the bed sheets and beautiful paintings on the walls make it remarkable. The sea beach is 200 m and there is quite big shop at the ground floor.

Casa bene arredata tutti i comfort, padrona di casa amabile e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente. L'unico consiglio è di togliere i tappeti visto che il pavimento è in perfette condizioni ed è piu' igienico. Famiglia Alessio
