Large Mediterranean villa in Albir, between Benidorm and Altea. It is close to town ( shops, supermarkets, restaurants,....), beach , picturesque Altea and bustling Benidorm. Outdoor private pool. Barbeque. 6 bedrooms/suites (baby cot available for free). 5 full bathrooms. 14 person capacity. Fully-equiped kitchen. Free wifi . Free covered and private parking. Just a 10 minute drive to Benidorm and 6 minutes to Altea. Public transportation and taxis nearby. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away. Valencia airport is 90 minutes away. Public buses are available to both airports.

WINTER PROMOTION (Nov thru Feb): only €2.699/month entire villa (includes utilities).



PLEASE ADVISE OWNER ABOUT YOUR CHECK IN TIME IN ADVANCE. Our regular check-in time is from 4pm to 10pm. Earlier check-ins can be arranged (based on availability) at a cost of 30€/hour. Check-ins after 10pm are subject to a 40€ fee. Our regular check-out time is no later than 10am. Later check-outs can be arranged (based on availability) for an additional fee of 30€/hour.

Please do not allow your children to throw pebbles to the swimming pool.

Great property!

Amazing spacious villa in a convenient location. Owner is incredibly helpful and nice to deal with. All in all great value!

Braydon and his group of friends were wonderful guests, polite, respectful and responsible. It was a real pleasure meeting them and having them stay in our villa. They took excellent care of the house, and left it clean and tidy. I would love to welcome Braydon back again in the near future.

Lovely Villa/Pool & Walking distance to Bars & Beach

The owners were lovely and were waiting when we arrived and showed us around the whole villa and gave advice on where to eat and go. The villa was large had a lovely pool was modern and very clean plus most rooms had own tv and bathrooms. Lovely experience and would highly recommend.

Family Getaway

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa. In total there was 11 adults, 2 children and a baby which was perfect for a villa of this size, plenty of space and facilities to cater for everyone. The host Lucia was absolutely fantastic, from the moment we booked the villa until we returned back to the UK, she was always happy to communicate and answer questions or be on hand when we needed anything, nothing was ever a problem! Thank you.

Ronald and his group of friends were great guests. Ronald was very polite, honest and respectful . He left the house clean , tidy and in perfect conditions. He took excellent care of my villa. I was a real pleasure having him stay with us. We hope he will come back next time he travels to Spain.
