We have lived in Spain for more than 25 years enjoying this unique location, integrating with, and raising our family in the friendly local community. We particularly enjoy the sporting activities the area has to offer especially the Sailing and Windsurfing. (There is also great skiing to be had 4 hours away in Granada during the Season!) and of course we love the weather!
Why they chose this property
We built this family villa to our own specifications completing the project in 2001. The location is wonderfully quiet overlooking green belt area and with a decidedly rural feel but yet only minutes by car to Calpe.
What makes this property unique
The house was designed to offer us the maximum comfort and space for our now grown up family.
We love the out doors and the house is designed for outside living. We now enjoy our summers whenever possible touring the windsurfing locations in this and other parts of Spain.
