An iron staircase leads to a fairytale attic (50sq m) that can accomodate a couple with children ,having a double bed ,two single ones and a bathroom.
A stunning veranda with table and chairs,a pool with sunbeds and free space with grass, create the ideal environment for relaxation or playing games.
One of the highlights is undoubtedly, the fruit and vegetables garden in the back yard! You can pick anything you like for your homemade meals free of charge!!!!
The house are situated so close to the sea (80 m) that you can actually awake to the sound of waves!!!!
The beach is easily reachable on foot, through a safe, private road.The beach in front of PRIVATE PARADISE is unique!!
One of those, rarely found in Greece, red sandy beaches!!!
Its rocks are made up of natural argyl that can be the perfect ingredient for creating your homemade beauty masks!!!!
Gradually deepening crystal clear water make this beach the perfect choice for children. Though not organised (no beach bars) ,it can be suitable for people who appreciate the peace and quiet.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at this beautiful property. The beach is just 2 minutes walk out the back of the property and the beach is lovely and clean. The property had everything we needed and the host was more than happy to help, if we needed it. It is a lovely, peaceful location but you are only 10 minutes drive from Lixouri which has a good selection of shops and restaurants.

Excellent for R&R and peace with life within walking distance

Lovely space and peaceful location. Some bars, shops and restaurants a stroll down the beach away Small things - with instructions when you come to the red gates at Chloe’s villas you can open them and go through to the right and then first left leads you to the houses. There is a house next door. With shared path to the beach - less than a minutes walk, shame you can’t see sea from the property.One of the en-suites is missing a shower screen/curtain which was inconvenient but we coped ok.All staff were extremely helpful and Eleni always attentive.

Summer at perfect paradise

Exactly what is says on the tin. Lovely villa and location, beach and mnay good restaurants from 2mins away. Our hosts were amazing in being in contact and responding to questions. Definately recommended- going again next year!

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay. Quiet remote location. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, large. Lovely pool and the sea just a stones throw away. Stunning beach with bars and watersports just a 2 minute walk down the beach. You will need a car or taxi to travel to the nearest supermarket or go to Lixouri town. Took us a few days to get our bearings and the information packs in the villa were in Greek and Dutch only. Overall very enjoyable, would recommend.

Shangri-la

If you dream of Shangri-la, you'll find it at Private Paradise. The house is bright, warm and very clean, with everything that you need: including a pool and BBQ. If you plan to have a peaceful vacation, surrounded by Greek authenticity, this is your place. The house has a private nature walk leading up to a red sandy beach and also, within walking distance, is the Ostria Tavern where the food is cooked to perfection. :) Without hesitation we will return to Eleni's place.

Holiday at fantastically located Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Private Paradise at Megas Lakkos. The villa was very well located, peaceful with its own private pool and views of the sea yet only a 2 min walk to the beach with the choice of lots of restaurants and cocktail bars. The water sports on the beach are highly recommended run by an American guy and his family who have been in Greece for over 25 years. The Villa hosts were fantastic and so helpful organising us food on arrival, taxis at the port and another villa to stay on our departure day as the flight home was so late. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The villa is beautiful with 3 large bedrooms all with their own en suite. We couldn't fault our stay and will definitely be going back. Thank you Eleni!

Wahrlich ein Paradies

Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (4 und 1 Jahr) und hatten eine herrliche Zeit in einem wunderschönen Haus. Jedes der Räume hat ein eigenes Bad/WC. Der Raum im ersten Stock (ein Dachboden) ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für eine Familie mit Kindern. Der Swimmingpool ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird immer gereinigt. Zum roten, feinsandigen, herrlichen (fast einsamen) Strand war es, wie beschrieben, nur eine Minute Fußweg. Der Garten bot uns jahreszeit-bedingt (September) leider nicht mehr viel Gemüse. Ein Dankeschön noch einmal an die Verwalter/Besitzer des Hauses für das Bemühen uns bei auftretenden Problemen zu helfen.

Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr gemütich und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Inhaber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Am Abend hört man nur die Grillen und das Meeresrauschen. Absolut "Hammer"

Ruhige Villa beim Meer

Den rötlichen Xi beach erreicht man durch einen kurzen Fußweg von der Villa. Man hört das Rauschen des Meeres. Das gepflegt Haus ist geräumig und hat einen großen Garten mit Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Private Paradise und haben mit Auto schöne Touren auf der Insel gemacht

Beautiful island, lovely friendly people and extremely helpful and patient with non Greek speaking older people like us. The villa was very spacious and very quite. The garden was a brilliant idea, picking a tomato for lunch still warm from the sun. Only a couple of small gripes, the shower screen in one on suite was missing so we had to use the other on suite and a microwave would have been more than helpful. We would certainly return again knowing now that we need to catch the ferry from Argistoli to Lixouri which no one told us about. It would be very useful with the pre holiday info to mention this. Many thanks to all your helping hands, from Ann, Allan, Rex & Muareen.

Fantastic house close to the sea, quiet location, great pool, very nice people

We just stayed one week at the Blue House at this property that is close to Xi Beach. The house is maybe 60 meters off the beach, and there is a small walkway directly from the house to the beach. The beach has this special red sand and falls off very slowly into the sea that is quiet and clean. Even though we stayed end of July there were very few people at this section of the beach, so it almost felt like a private beach. The house itself is fantastic and we felt at home from the very beginning. The interior is all new, the bedrooms were cozy and stylish and had both their own bathroom. There was an additional bedroom (and bathroom) under the attic but we did not really use it. There was also a terrace in front of the house and in front of the pool, which was great. You can see the sea from the terrace and we were sitting on that terrace almost every evening to have dinner and to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the time there. The whole house is well-equipped, like every room has an AC, there is also a washing machine in the house and the kitchen has a lot of plates, glasses, pans, pots, mixer, coffee machine and all other things you need for cooking. There is also a vegetable garden behind the house where you can pick tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers or other vegetables, or water melons. So, that also felt great when we made a salad from things from the garden. The piece of land is quite large and there is a second house (Pink House) on the same lot. But, there is a hedge in between the two houses, and both houses have their own pool, so it still felt that we have enough privacy. The people who pick you up at Lixouri to guide you to the house are very friendly. They also came by in the mid week to clean the house. Also, the pool was cleaned every day or so. We did not feel bothered because the people were so nice and friendly, they also brought us olive oil and there was also a welcome basket with bread, wine, honey and other local things. During the day, you mainly hear the crickets. During the night, though, the crickets become quieter and suddenly you hear the waves from the sea. This is especially nice when you lie in bed and when you have the windows wide open (there is a mosquito net in front of all windows): You can watch the stars and hear the sea - what else can you wish for! We absolutely loved our stay there and we would truly enjoy coming again to the same place. Highly recommended !! You absolutely need a car to get there, though.
