Charming, fascinating and cozy apartment in Salo, Lake Garda. Part of a deatched house. Located at the ground floor.
Peaceful and quiet location in the hills behind Salo with stunning lake views. Wide bright fresh living room (with parquet) with large windows, which offer amazing views even from the inside.
Comfortable patio and flowered garden with large private terrace.
NEWS 2020: new modern shower in the garden, which you can use during the warm days.
Well equipeed kitchen, separated from the living room and the dining area with a big table for 6. Kitchen offers every comforts (fridge, oven, freezer, dish washer, toaster, washing machine, microwave, kettle....) two private modern bathrooms and two large bedrooms (with parquet): double bed and view over the garden and the lake, the other one with a double bed and a single bed.
Besides there are two utility rooms, where you can find all you need, for example mop, fans, vacoom, iron..
A strong point of the apartment is the closet wardrobe.
Outside there are a flowered garden, private patio with table and chairs, where you can have pleasant dinner or breakfast with views over the lake, private parking with three covered spots.

I provide a welcome box with some food and fresh drinks, 2 fans, bed linen, towles and beach towels and I try to satisfy every guests' wishes.

Walking distance to the center and its shops and restaurants.
Nearby there are supermarkets, public swimming pool and on Saturday the famous market of Salo.

Salo is famous for its restaurants, bars and pizzerias. My apartment is only 15 mins walking distance. Beach are 15 mins walking far.

I'm available for support before, during and after the holiday.

Excellent rental. Plenty of space, owners were very helpful and gorgeous view.

It was great. The only issue was the need for larger fans as the it was very hot and there is no AC. Otherwise, great rental.

We had an excellent 2 week stay. The property was in a quiet location only 15 minute walk from town and 25 minutes from ferry terminal. Great connections from here to all lakeside towns. The property was clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The view of the lake was superb day and night. The garden was large with a lovely sun deck. Plenty of covered parking. Lovely property with fantastic view

This is our second stay and we have had a wonderful holiday. Our hosts where friendly and helpful. The place is clean and spacious. Lovely big garden and covered parking. The views from the patio of the lake and mountains were stunning. Highly recommend this accommodation. The ferry connections from Salo where very good. Another bonus was the high speed rail link to Verona & Venice from Desenzano del Garda. Also amazing mountain bike Mecca for any keen cyclists. Loved our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

What a beautiful site ...

The estate shows a beautiful view on Lago di Garda, with a nice garden and terrace. The appartement itself was very clean and relly well equipped. The appartement was equipped with a lot of Italian taste, really nice. Furthermore, there were two TVs, a dishwasher, one bathroom with a shower and the other one with a bathtub ... the sofa was big enough for us four adults. We were missing nothing there. So, grazie mille a signora Sartorelli e Federico for all. I hope we will came back.

Awesome home, wonderful setting

Our one week stay at Villa Manuela met all of our expectations. Our host was welcoming, generous and informative. They personally met us and assisted us in finding our way to the Villa in SALO. The house was ideally located for exploring the area, all amenities were close by and the views from the terrace were impressive. The terrace itself provided us with a great place for eating, or just relaxing with a glass or two of wine. The home is well equipped, the decor is nice, the sleeping areas were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate. The charcoal barbeque added a nice touch and was put to good use. The secured parking is an added bonus. We would highly recommend renting this Villa to anyone looking for a home away from home. Manuela was a delightful person.

Schöne Wohnung / toller Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Räume liegen auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Dazu gehören eine große überdachte Terrasse direkt vor dem Wohnraum und eine sehr große freie Terrasse über dem Carport (Unterstellplatz für den Pkw). Liegen und sonstige Gartenmöbel sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Das Geschirr in der Küche ist zusammengesucht aber entsprechend umfangreich. Durch die Vermieterin wurde direkt am ersten Tag noch eine Filterkaffeemaschine bereitgestellt. Zu den beiden Bädern muss klargestellt werden, dass ein Bad eine Dusche und das andere Bad eine Badewanne hat. Beide Bäder haben ein Wasschbecken, ein Bidet und ein WC. Im Duschbad steht zusätzlich eine Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung stand ein erstes Versorgungspaket bereit. Nach 16 Stunden Anfahrt war das sehr hilfreich. Über WhattsApp war jederzeit die Kontaktaufnahme zu den Vermietern möglich. Federico hat einige interessante Tipps gegeben. Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Entspannen am Gardasee

Bei schönstem Wetter haben wir im Spetember eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Wir wurden von Federico herzlichst empfangen und während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut. Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der schöne Garten mit seinen beiden Terrassen laden bei einem super Blick auf den See und Saló zum Verweilen ein. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Perfekt für kurze Auszeit.

Der Buchungsablauf und weitere Kommunikation waren einwandfrei. Schnell und unkompliziert. Gefolgt von freundlichem Kontakt bei Gastgeber. Das Objekt war genau wie im Angebot beschrieben. Gute Lage, traumhafter Ausblick auf Gardasee von der Terrasse aus. Unterkunft war gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Wir haben nur den Pool vermisst. Aber die Nähe zum See hat das entschädigt. Eine Klimaanlage wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Aber standen genug Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Federico. Er hat uns tolle Insidertipps gegeben. Im Ganzen wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Manuela und Federico sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍.

Fantastisches Urlaubsdomizil am Gardasee

Erholsamer Urlaub am Gardasee

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Manuela. Die Betreuung durch Manuela und Federico ist super, Federico spricht sehr gut deutsch und reagiert bei Fragen und Problemen sofort. Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung perfekt - in einer Wohngegend, 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt und dem Gardasee. Die Terrassen sind perfekt, Schatten und Sonne wie man mag. Die umliegenden Nachbarn waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu aktiv mit lauten Gartengeräten, aber das war sicherlich der Jahreszeit geschuldet. Also eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für diese schöne Wohnung und danke an die Gastgeber.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views

We stayed at Villa Manuela during the week before Easter and were very impressed by the expansive and extremely well equipped apartment and the stunning views over the lake. The lake is very beautiful and Salo is a very interesting town. Manuela and Federico met us at the apartment and were extremely welcoming and excellent hosts. The apartment overlooks the lake and is only 15 minutes from the lake front and local restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts in the sun on the terrace. Salo is quite close to rail links at Brescia and Desenzano and we got a train to Venezia quite easily. We particularly enjoyed a visit to Sirmione and a taxi boat ride on the lake. We highly recommend using Salo taxi boats for a very knowledgeable tour of the lake. Thank you Manuela for the use of your lovely apartment.

Salo is rich of bars, typical restaurants, shops and much more.
My house is situated only 15/20 mins walk from the middle of the old town and 10/15 mins walk from the beaches of Salo. It is also easy to reach other towns of Lake Garda and the most important cities, such as Brescia, Verona, Venice and Milan.
