My accommodation is close to the beach and a direct view of the condominium's private pool.
You will appreciate it for its brightness, the natural shade of the umbrella pine in summer on the terrace, its breathtaking view of the swimming pool of the condominium and the calm of the residence. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children). Located on the 2nd floor, it benefits from free private parking. Washing machine and dishwasher.
Near the condominium, a supermarket open 7 days a week, restaurants, local shops .... but also the nautical center which offers sailing and diving lessons.
Les Issambres is a commune located in the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Between Sainte Maxime and Fréjus, many coves and coves welcome lovers of swimming and diving. The coastal path called the customs path allows you to discover the many small coves while walking.

Bel appartement qui demanderait à être isolé et rénové.

Logement avec qualités mais aussi des inconvénients: Le grand pin parasol fait bien de l'ombre, mais le lendemain ma voiture était recouverte de résine. Immeuble de basse qualité (années 50 ?) Très mal isolé des bruits: la porte du voisin grinçait énormément, on entendait tous les bruits de tout l'immeuble. Vaisselle mal lavée, on a dû tout relaver. Un appartement au Rdc était en réfection totale: casse complète du sol , des cloisons et de tous les carrelages. on a subit pendant 2 jours les coups de masse.

Monsieur Je vous apporte quelques précisions. Le pin parasol est utile en plein été pour avoir de l'ombre naturelle et vous n'étiez pas obligé de garer votre voiture dessous vu le nombre de places disponibles. L'appartement au RDC en rénovation est indépendant de notre location et nous n'étions pas au courant sinon j'aurais eu la politesse de vous prévenir : vous êtes tombés au mauvais moment. Pour la vaisselle, il y a le lave vaisselle donc j'en parlerai à la personne qui gère l'appartement mais c'est le fruit des locataires précédents ... à voir comment vous l'avez laissée vous mêmes ! Notre appartement a été repeint et la cuisine de qualité refaite entièrement il y a 3 ans. Effectivement, la construction est ancienne mais cela se voit sur les photos et vous avez sur les Issambres des constructions neuves donc vous aviez le choix d'aller ailleurs Je suis surprise de votre appréciation car votre sms ne reflétait absolument pas une note de ce genre ...... Personnellement je vous ai évalués honnetement mais ce n'est pas votre cas. C'est l'inconvénient de louer à distance j'en conviens

Sommerverlängerung in Frankreich

Das Objekt liegt in einer Wohnanlage, nicht weit vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein großer Pool bringt auch eine schnelle Abkühlung und kann auch zum Schwimmen genutzt werden. Alles ist von großen Pinien überdacht und bietet bei heißen Temperaturen schattige Bereiche. Leider kann der Pool nur von 9:00-20:30 genutzt werden. Gefreut hätte uns, auch eine genauere Bezeichnung des Hauseinganges (E1), um nicht die ganze Anlage absuchen zu müssen.

Bonjour Jurgen Je comprends votre regret pour la piscine mais les horaires ont été faits pour préserver la tranquillité le soir des appartements situés à proximité de cette dernière comme le nôtre. Vous avez séjourné au mois de septembre période calme mais au mois d août il y a plus de monde donc plus de bruits forcément. Résidence calme et agréable aux Issambres

Résidence très agréable et calme. L'appartement est grand et ombragé, grande salle de bain, cuisine indépendante, terrasse. C'était un super séjour !

Très bon séjour

Location très bien située, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ou au marché. Adapté aux enfants aussi bien à l'intérieur de l'appartement qu'à l'extérieur avec la piscine.
