About this property

Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery located in Torre Pali, a stone's throw from the wonderful beaches of the Maldives of Salento.
The house has large outdoor areas furnished with table and chairs to relax outdoors in total tranquility, built-in barbecue and outdoor shower. Internally there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin inserted in the trullo, a bathroom with shower (without bidet), living room with kitchenette, where you can add a cot for the fifth bed. The house is equipped with mosquito nets, fans, parking space, washing machine (in common area shared with the adjacent villa), and allows you to reach in a few minutes the beautiful sandy beach, which is about one kilometer away. On request and at extra cost, it is possible to use the air conditioning (air conditioner placed in the hallway). Recommended solution for families and groups of friends, even with 4-legged friends. At the request of the guests will be provided bed linen and / or towels, not included in the rental cost.

Quello che cercavamo.

Il proprietario Maurizio ci ha accolto fornendoci tutte le informazioni per il soggiorno, una persona molto disponibile e cordiale. La casa è meglio di quello che ci aspettavamo, la parte esterna è veramente piacevole, ci ha reso le nostre serate davvero speciali, con la chicca del caminetto esterno non sono mancate le grigliate di pesce comprato appena pescato dalle barchette di pescatori che rientravano in porto di Torre Pali la mattina. La casa si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal centro del paese e si trova in una posizione appena collinare che per poco non permette di vedere il mare dal terrazzo. La casa è immersa nella vegetazione tra uliveti e terreni coltivati. Il tutto ha reso molto rilassante la nostra permanenza. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Ho prenotato la villetta il 15 giugno u.s. allettato dalle immagini poste sul sito, un bellissimo patio, un interno curato ed elegante, spazi adeguati con una bella camera matrimoniale molto ben allestita, una cameretta con due lettini, delle bellissime volte in pietra, un bellissimo soggiorno/cucina arredato anche con un divano il che portava la possibilità a 5 posti letto. Quando sono arrivato, dopo aver percorso 1050 km, ho dovuto prendere atto che quello che mi si presentava era una villetta attugua, il patio, pur se carino, molto più piccolo, una camera da letto assolutamente spartana , male arredata con un armadio di recupero semi disastrato, una cameretta, di forma circolare dove due lettini avevano difficoltà a essere inseriti, un bagno decoroso ed un soggiorno cucina appena accettabile. il tutto era molto raffazzonato ed arrangiato. Ho fatto le mie rimostranze al proprietario il quale mi ha solo detto che era la villetta che mi era stata assegnata. Ho chiamato l'agenzia apulia home e mi hanno detto che le villette erano due ed a me era toccata questa. Ho chiesto se il prezzo fosse uguale per entrambe le villette, sul sito non si evinceva alcuna differenza di prezzo, e mi è stato riferito che il prezzo era uguale. In conclusione, nessuno ha saputo darmi una spiegazione o, in qualche modo, risolvermi il problema. Ho dovuto mio malgrado adattarmi e trascorrere le mie vacanze molto amareggiato e ritenendo di essere stato imbrogliato. Capisco che sul sito debba essere proposto e pubblicizzato il meglio ma, cari signori, c'è modo e modo di fare ciò. So perfettamente che, se avrete la bontà di rispondere cercherete tutte le giustificazioni possibili ma il fatto resta che il lavoro e la vostra credibilità, per quanto mi riguarda è stato pessimo. Spero che questa mia recensione sia pubblicata.
