TREPUTXELL 1D 1-2

The Treputxell apartments in L'Estartit are located on the Molinet promenade, a charming pedestrian walkway by the sea with spectacular views. This is undoubtedly one of the most charming and privileged corners of the Costa Brava.



It is an ideal place to forget about the car during vacations, as you can walk everywhere: close to the port, the small Molinet beach right in front, shops, restaurants, diving centers, and near the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava.



This small building of only 7 apartments has an entrance from the Molinet promenade at beach level and another entrance from Cap de la Barra street, with approximately 50 meters of slight ascent.



It features a communal pool and terrace with stunning views, where you can relax and enjoy with your family. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation for a price of 5€ per person. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning/heat pump.



There is no parking available, but there is communal wifi.

excellente vue bémol appartement très problème de stationnement

la vue sur mer, la superficie de l´appartement, la piscine et la proximité du centre l´arrivée le dimanche qu´il y ait une personne pour nous recevoir et meilleur indication pour se diriger à la location. il faudrait changer les matelas et avoir couette au lieu de couverture pour l´hygiène

Séjour agréable qui aurait pu être parfait

Très bon emplacement, plage et piscine top! manque cependant des choses essentielles à cette location…serviettes de toilettes, tapis de bain, torchons, minimum pour cuisiner. Il faut tout acheter pour faire un minimum de cuisine, vaisselle etc. Autre point négatif, la literie est de mauvaise qualité Literie très mauvaise qualité.

J'ai aimé beaucoup l'endroit, la situation de l'appartement avec la vue sur la mer, la proximité des restaurants où l'on mange très bien. Des ballades à faire aux alentours. Un seul bémol le problème pour garer l'auto. Presque tous les parkings sont payants ou alors il faut garer l'auto sur la plage et c'est loin.

M'agradaria tornar-hi també durant l'hivern, però el preu...

El paisatge és magnífc. El piset és força agradable. L'estada, en conjunt, va ser molt plaent. A què es refereix el terme "servei"? Les portes correderes del saló i el dormitori costaven d'obrir. Per entrar al pis havia de fer moltes combinacions fins que s'obria (potser la clau no estava ben feta o desgastada). Al vàter raja molta aigua però no fa el remolí correctament i sovint no s'endú el paper. Sembla que l'escala no la netejava ningú.

Ubicación genial / Trato a mejorar

El apartamento y la ubicación es lo mejor. No estoy de acuerdo con las condiciones de llegar fuera de hora de oficina (no me parece bien que se cobre 30€ por llegar fuera de hora porque sólo tenéis que dejar un sobre con las llaves en un buzón antes de iros de la oficina).

Hola Susana, Gracias por darnos tu opinión y nos alegra que te haya gustado el apartamento Treputxell, En relación a tu comentario negativo solo informarte que el coste de la entrega de llaves fuera de horario supone tener alguien de guardia para imprevistos, independientemente de que finalmente no hayas necesitado el teléfono de emergencias para recoger la llave, esta persona siempre tiene que estar disponible. Además informamos de estas condiciones en nuestra información. Gracias.
