Sweatbox in the middle of Palermo Centro

Staying here was a very disappointing stay. We checked in one hour early, and there was no air conditioning. Because of this we were told to "go out to dinner" and that the place would be cool once we returned. Nope. Different excuses from the property management each day. Of three days, we only spent two after the temperature in the house remained the same as outside. We were further accused of being "Americans who expected too much" when we complained of temps inside that were in excess of 85 deg Fahrenheit. Beware - these are not people you want to deal with. We finally simply left, and since it was our final few days in Italy, we stayed at a wonderful near-airport resort on the final night. Neither VBRO nor the renting agent had our back on this deal.

Sejour parfait

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait nous sommes dans la rue la plus vivante mais des que nous passons la porte tout est au calme! La personne sur place et celle de l'annonce ont ete plus que disponibles pour nous. L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos , grand propre et bien agencé. Vous pouvez reserver les yeux fermés je recommande a 100%. Merci
