Great location and hospitable host!

Giovanni's property is great! It is very spacious, centrally located, and we loved the outdoor patio area! Giovanni was extremely responsive to all our needs and very helpful with suggestions. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property and host!

The property's strengths like cleanliness, amenities, and decor, as well as mentioning the host's communication and helpfulness. The host, Givonni was very accommodating to our questions & needs. The proximity to attractions & sites from the apartment was great. It was filled with history, a well equipped kitchen & a beautiful terrace to relax and soak up the adventures of the day. Charming, spacious apartment in heart of Palermo

This is a very comfortable, classy apartment in the central historical area. Rooms are large and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern. Everything tidy. The host is friendly and very attentive.

Palermo Peace

We stayed at Giovanni's house, and he met us there. It's a lovely flat with a wonderful patio. Very spacious, quiet and clean. Perfect location to walk to the downtown restaurants and see the sights. Highly recommended!

The apartment was absolutely delightful. Spacious and beautifully presented. The position was perfect, with lots of places to eat and enjoy the markets. Most of the tourist attractions of Palermo were within walking distance. We loved it!

It was extremely spacious. We didn't do much cooking so I can't comment on the kitchen but rest of the place fit our needs well. The location was great enclosed parking area if you choose to pay for it but the nice thing is that there is a large door enclosing the area of where you stay so it was very safe. There is also a cute patio area that's very nice and spacious. You are right in the heart of good restaurants and coffee shops. We went to Vagos every morning. I highly suggest it.

We love Palermo

Rented the apartment for one month and took two trips from Palermo to hit all the other attractions throughout Sicily. However, we found much to do in Palermo. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment. It was within walking distance of almost all attractions.

Quintessential stay in Palermo

Giovanni is an amazing host! Despite the language barrier he was wonderful at helping us with the on-site parking! The pictures of the apartment don’t do it justice, it is truly beautiful and has original tile floors and painted ceilings, and the terrace is private and perfect for wine after dinner with friends!

Large apartment in quaint courtyard.

Our family of four stayed three nights in this apartment. It is located in a very cool courtyard off of a quaint piazza with a few restaurants, one with a bar scene at night. The crowd did make a little noise but did not keep us awake. The large bedrooms had large comfortable beds. Giovanni showed us the apartment and even demonstrated the use of the coffee maker. The location in the city is close to many beautiful churches, squares, the water, and a market street. We felt safe and were able to walk to all of the sights.

Beautiful Apartment

We were in Palermo for 2 nights. We were with our daughter and her husband. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Giovanni was waiting for us when we arrived, let us in and told us about the property. He suggested restaurants for us but we ended up picking up food and wine and eating it on the amazing balcony! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The character of the apartment was wonderful! We loved every minute of our stay!!!

Palermo apartment

I rented this apartment for the kitchen as we would be in Palermo over Xmas and we would be cooking big meals and staying for a week. The beautiful oven in the pictures has a Do Not Use sign in it, there is a toaster oven in its place. Big let down. Then none of the previous reviews warned us of the noise that came from the loud parties held at a bar under our window till 1:30 am in the morning. Ironic as the house rules state no parties but the one raging in the street is no quiet experience. The washing machine is controlled by an app they the owner so we didn’t use it. This is a beautiful clean apartment as previous reviews indicated but be warned about the noise if you are a quieter family like ours.

Dear mrs Karla, I'm sorry about the noise you heard during the night, but you were no exception considering all the guests you received from morning to night, without any warning and without authorization. Consider that apartments, as in the case of bedrooms in hotels, by law must declare attendance, as in the event of a police check I could run into serious problems. Furthermore, the oven you are talking about is a small electric oven but absolutely suitable for use. regards giovanni

Great location with parking! Roomy as well. Giovanni was great. No english but we managed with Google Translate. Weather was bad so we did not get to use it, but nice big patio. Our only suggestion would be some more lighting.
