Sleeps 4. 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet place for 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults. The apartment is fully furnished and newly equipped with all appliances. Fully fitted kitchen, teapot, toaster, iron, microwave, stove. No oven. Living room with sofa-bed for 2 children. TV with USB. Free WiFi. Safe. 1 good sized bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine. Terrace with sofa, table and chairs. Blankets, towels - all included. The complex has a large swimming pool with pool bar and a garden. The ocean across the street within big, beautiful promenade with cafes, restaurants and bars for every taste... The sandy beach is 5 min walk, the famous beach of Las Vistas is 10 min walk.(safe swimming,access to water sports including jet skiing, scuba diving, paragliding), shopping centres, cultural centres, places of entertainment, the port, the lovely centre of Los Cristianos and more. The famous "Golden Mile" in Las Americas with its shops, bars & restaurants is in 15 min. walk.

Cut Short

The property is ideally located for bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is small but adequate for a week's stay and it was very clean. We had a bit of trouble meeting the owner with the keys but feel they could address this by clearer instructions from them for meeting the key-holder. Unfortunately we had to abandon our stay because of the imminent Covid 19 lockdown in the resort. Hope to be back in the not too distant future.

Spacious apartment in peaceful location

As a couple we found this was an ideal location, quiet but not far from the centre. Apartment had everything we needed and owner was very helpful. There is a market nearby which is on every Sunday and Tuesday. Found some great little bars and restaurants in the evening but centre was only a 10 minute pleasant walk away.

Nos alojamos en el sur de Tenerife buscando sol y playa. El apartamento nos gustó ya que tiene todas las comodidades que se puede pedir para una estancia corta (1 semana). No obstante, la ubicación aunque no es mala, no es la que más nos gusta. La playa de los cristianos la tienes a unos 10-15 min y no hay mucho ambiente local por la zona. Todos los bares y restaurantes son por y para el turismo extranjero. Dicho lo cual, nuestra estancia ha sido bastante satisfactoria.

J'étais seul durant ce séjour et le but de mon voyage était essentiellement un séjour de plongée sous-marine et de profiter des moments de libres pour visiter l'ile (villes et nature). L'appartement est très bien situé pour les promenades en bord de mer et pour se rendre sur les plages et les restaurants de Los Cristianos (10 min à pieds) et Las Vistas (15 à 20 min à pieds). J'ai été accueilli courtoisement par Serguei qui était à l'heure du rendez-vous pour me remettre les clés et les explications liées à la location. L'appartement est propre, confortable et plutôt calme mais mériterait tout de même un relookage. La cuisine et ses ustensiles (y compris la vaisselle) sont complets. La vue depuis le balcon n'a rien d'exceptionnelle mais acceptable si l'on ne compte pas y passer le plus clair de son temps lors du séjours. Le wifi est tout à fait fonctionnel. La piscine et son espace de détente sont vraiment très sommaires. Aucun intérêt me concernant. Un petit supermarché se trouve à 2 minutes à pieds de la résidence, cela est très pratique pour y faire ses courses en début ou en fin de journée. Pour ceux qui comme moi ont une voiture de location pour visiter l'ile, il n'y a vraiment aucun souci pour trouver une place de stationnement publique (gratuite) aux alentours directs (mois de juin). J'ai été globalement satisfait de mon séjour.

Ferie i herlige Arona på Tenerife

Vi hadde et flott opphold på Tenerife. Finvær i hele 3 uker,bedre kunne det ikke bli.Heldige med leiligheten også.Beliggenheten var kjempeflott.med kort vei til strandpromenaden og mulighet til å gå tur i terrenget.Vi snakker allerede nå om å ta neste tur.

Lovely place to stay

We spent a week here and could not fault it. The room was spacious, clean, with BBC and ITV channels on the tv, always hot water and a washing machine. We were provided with towels and the pool area was absolutely spotless. No rush at 6am for a sunbed and always plenty of room to lounge around the pool. The apartments were literally a couple minutes away from the sea and all the nice bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this.

new tv, WIFI, huge fridge with plenty storage, appartment 5th (highest) level, whole facility accessiable with wheelchair (elevators to appartment level), also 1 min walk to supermarket, 5 mins to beach, facility has a nice pool, whole facility is well maintained, Comfortable balcony with awning, apparment was clean, contact was nice and easy. we sent a wonderful vancation with our two kids (3&5 years) Thank you very much, anytime again, hopefully we can repeat that

A Lovely apartment!

Stayed there with my husband and kids for 9 days. We loved it, and kids did not want to leave. 30 min walk to Las Vistas beach with a lot shops at the beach. We really enjoy our breakfast on the balcony.

THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND QUIET,GREAT LOCATION NEAR ALL AMENITIES.HAD ALL THE BASICS FOR COOKING BUT OLD FASHIONED DECOR,STILL WE WERE COMFY AND SECURE SO WOULD BE HAPPY TO RETURN.SUN ON BALCONY UNTILL 2 P.M.THE COMPLEX BAR WAS NOT VERY NICE AS THE COUPLE THAT RUN IT SEEM TO BE VERY BAD TEMPERED,WOULD NOT LIKE TO SEE THOSE TWO AGAIN,WE ACTUALLY ORDERED A DRINK,PAID AND LEFT THEM,NOT FOR THE FAINT HEART,ED.NOT A GREAT DEAL OF ENGLISH T.V. AS WE DON,T LIKE TO GO OUT EVERY NIGHT BEING A BIT OLDER BUT THAT,S OUR PROBLEM.ALL E MAIL,S WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND SERGEI WAS ON TIME TO GIVE KEYS AND RETURN SECURITY DEPOSIT.WE WERE ALSO ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE APARTMENT AS WE HAD A 7 P.M. FLIGHT. WE WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AGAIN AND HOPE TO DO SO IN THE NEAR FUTURE.MANY THANKS.

Excellent aparment and facilities

excellent stay, well organised from arrival to departure. Apartment I stayed in has all the required amenities, it was homely and compact, perfect for 2, only complaint I had was that there was not a scrap of toilet roll in the property on arrival... had to have a very quick run to the supermarket, luckily arrived early evening before it shut!! Access is good, pool is very secure as you have to have a key card, although did feel a little bit fenced in and you had to go out of the gate and walk round to the bar, would be nice to have some kind of direct access. Grounds and communal areas are kept immaculate, plenty of sun beds and space, again little gripe they don't let you in before 10am which wasn't too bad in February as the sun not on the pool till around 9.30 however as summer comes, that would be a major issue for me - one day whilst we were there the gate was deadlocked and no one got in the pool till late morning, had to resort to camping on the roof (don't tell anyone!). The apartment had everything you need and was comfortable enough, perhaps could do with a little sprucing up in places but could see bits have been renewed so am sure over time all will be fantastic. For us the location was great and the apartment was so quiet at night, perfect. There is a full size washing machine which is useful, I did wash all the towels for the owner and left them on the dryer, no problem. There is a full size TV with good choice of channels and good Wi-Fi. The agent that met us, took payment and came back again to refund deposit was lovely and we could stay in the apartment until we needed to leave. Overall would certainly recommend and would certainly return. Great value for money.

appartment ok needs a better cooker water very hot wants turning down a little aa a new shower curtain needed. location great. property well kept swimming pool and grounds lovely.want to go back 2o17 for longer stay mid february await e mail from owner .many thanks paul
