A unique, detached house in Gavarnie (1400m altitude) in an exceptional setting with large garden, terrace and balcony, overlooking the Gavarnie Cirque, the Holle stream and the surrounding mountains. The style and decor are a blend of authentic and modern.
Our house is unique and detached in Gavarnie (1400m altitude) in an exceptional setting with a large garden bordered by a stream "de Holle" with its waterfalls, 2 terraces, balcony, view of the cirque de Gavarnie and the surrounding mountains. Very easily accessible even in winter. The village centre is a 7 minute walk away. Bed linen is provided free of charge. Free street parking subject to availability.
Our vacation rental will give you total independence, freedom and peace of mind during your stay.
You would not be bothered by the constraining presence of other people nearby, neither inside nor outside our property.
Thanks to double-winged glass doors, from the inside you can still enjoy the breathtaking view of the Cirque de Gavarnie while enjoying a chimney fire and raclette.
The Gavarnie-Gèdre ski resort is just 4 km away.
The village center is a 7-minute walk away.
The Cirque de Gavarnie: a majestic site, twice classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, both culturally and naturally, is without doubt the most famous natural arena in the world. The cirque is dominated by towering mountains over 3,000 metres high and Europe's highest waterfall, 427m!

A spectacular location
This property is in beautiful grounds with stunning views all around. Such a peaceful reprieve out in the fresh mountain air. The weather was wonderful for hiking the myriad of trails in this part of the Pyrenees - the wildflowers were spectacular! Although our focus was the outdoors, the cottage was also a delight - spacious and light with huge view windows throughout. Waking up and looking out the bedroom window at the Cirque de Gavarnie was an unexpected treat.

Cottage très calme bénéficiant d'une excellente situation
Maison idéale pour visiter Gavarnie et faire de magnifiques promenades. Parfaite pour 2 à 4 personnes ( 2 chambres ) , bien équipée, tb wifi, grand extérieur et très belle vue sur les montagnes avec le bruit du ruisseau en prime.

Maison merveilleusement bien situé à Gavarnie
Maison très bien équipée, barbecue, ustensiles de cuisine, table extérieur.
Manifiquement bien situé: proximité de nombreuses ballades, belles vue sur la montagne et ruisseau avec cascade.
Il manquerait peut être quelques jeux de sociétés pour les jours pluvieux, au moins un jeux de carte

Concernant les jeux de société, en réalité nous avons plein dans le compartiment bas de notre vaisselier dans le salon qui est accessible librement à nos clients. Dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas sollicités plutôt par rapport à cette question.

Maison très confortable dans un site exceptionnel
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à Gavarnie au calme dans cette maison parfaitement équipée et très confortable (vaisselle en quantité, lave vaisselle, lave linge barbecue..), ainsi que la disponibilité du propriétaire.
Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix
Elle est située à quelques minutes à pied du centre du village de Gavarnie et à proximité immédiate d'une cascade.
L'accès par clef numérique à la maison, via smartphone et application Elocky, permet une arrivée à toute heure.
