The oceanfront living room has a 55 inch flat screen tv and a queen size pull out couch.

Spring Break 2025

The only negative I have is the dryer did not work , we reported it on day 1 and still had no dryer on the day we left. The host did send over extra towels and washcloths for our use during the rest of the stay. Great views, great location. Kids enjoyed it

Coral reef stay

As soon as we arrived getting in was easy, but right off the back we noticed the floors were filthy and turned our feet black. No biggie we cleaned the place up. Next, we notice the handle of the sliding glass door to the balcony was extremely loose and ended up breaking off. We contacted our host about this and they said maintenance would fix it the next day. That never happened. We had to fix it. Also, the stay included two parking passes with the stay. The host told us the office would bring them up. They never came so we went down to the office. The lady running the office was very rude and said “it’s not her problem to contact my host”. To which my host responded that there must’ve been a policy change and now I have to go back down to the office and pay for two parking passes. There was just a lot of little frustrating things about the stay. It was unacceptable. They need to take better care of their guests. Please do better next time. We made the best of our trip enjoying the comfort of our family and that’s the only thing that made our trip a good one.

Rental Company Not Worth It

While overall the condo was nice I highly recommend booking direct with Coral Reef as Emerald Coast is the problem.During our stay a hurricane developed in the Gulf and PCB was in the projected path. While up until this point PCB was not in a mandatory evacuation (which would trigger a refund) they were in a state of emergency. We decided to evacuate on Wednesday morning and not even an hour or so after being on the road Emerald Coast called to see if they could prep the condo for the storm which would mean turning off the water. Up until that point we had not discussed leaving early with Emerald Coast. Emerald Coast had determined at that point there was enough risk at the condo to prep it but not issue a refund. While at the same time Coral Reef issued the following statement “Due to severe weather beginning tomorrow, Thursday September 26th, Office, Pools and lobby will close by the end of day today. We hope to reopen Friday morning weather depending.Please note for anyone staying for the storm, Fire alarms may go off and staff nor emergency personnel will be able to respond and elevators may be out of service for an extended amount of time.If your stay was booked through Coral Reef and decide to evacuate, please see the office for refunds.Please stay weather aware and stay safe!” Despite all of this Emerald Coast refused to offer any sort of compensation.Coral Reef is an excellent complex but do not book with Emerald Coast as they do not put customer well being first.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE CONDO ITSELF WAS VERY NICE. THE PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE RENTAL AGEENCY WE PAID FOR TWO PARKING PASSES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE CONDO UPON ARRVIAL WE ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY CASH FOR THEM AT THE DESK DOWN STAIRS THEN BE REFUNDED. THEN THE LIGHT AND CEILING FAN IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS DID NOT WORK FORM THE BEGINNING AND WE LET THEM KNOW SOON AS WE ARRIVED AND THEY KEPT TELLING US THE WHOLE WEEK THEY WOULD SEND MAITENACE BUT NO ONE EVERY CAME TO REPAIR THEY EVEN TEXT BACK AND SAID SOMEONE CAME AND IT WORKED FINE NOT SURE WHERE THEY HAD BEEN??

Amazing Trip

Our family absolutely loved our stay! Created amazing memories! One thing to note is that there was very limited toilet paper, soap, no salt/pepper, coffee and things that normally come with a Vrbo so just expect to buy some while you’re there or bring some from home.

Family Vacation

We had a group of 11 with ages ranging from 13-79. We had a great time. The condo was very nice. Although the cleaning crew could use some work...there was cheese cubes, bottle caps and chip crumbs left under the couches. It was nice to be on the 2nd floor and have the stairs as an option for those who were able. All in all, we had a great time and would stay in this condo again.

Amazing vacation.

The description was totally accurate. The whole stay was a joy for all of us. Very beautiful condo and views. We seen dolphins from our deck every morning. The worst part of our stay was , once our vacation was over we had to leave, but we will be right back next year and hopefully we can get the same condo ..

Great location! Not a big building which is perfect to avoid crowds and elevator is always available. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There were dried contacts stuck to one of the nightstands. None of wear contacts so I knew it wasn’t from us. In the bathroom, there was toothpaste plaster from previous guest on the faucet. I always check the beds and there 2 hairs of different styles on the sheets and pillows cases smelled musty. I would definitely recommend this place but just hope the cleaning staff steps it up. Before I leave a place, I strip the beds. I know crews are in a rush but I’d rather not pay a fee and clean it myself. Lol I have a cleaning business so I noticed things and rather do it myself Again, we’d stay here again but I’d bring my own sheets. I usually do, just rushed during packing. Condo was perfect for us and price was very reasonable!

Great experience overall and my favorite condo so far and we go to the beach pretty much yearly!

Overall, this condo was amazing! We loved the Layout, the view of the beach, the beds and really everything about it! We did have an issue with Wi-Fi but honestly, we were on vacation and were 100% ok with not having Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer gave us some issues but nothing we couldn’t figure out how to get past. Provided kitchen appliances and kitchen ware were plenty and did the job! Pools were always clean (did not have a sandy bottom like we’ve seen in the past) and not very overcrowded. Our older kids could swim and we had a perfect view of them. We really had a great time and anytime we are in PCB with the amount of people we had, we will definitely rent this condo again! The best week

We were so impressed when we walked in to find the unit clean and well prepped. The decor was nice and you can tell has been updated. We had enough room for everyone and all the beds were comfortable! Hope to book this one again!!!

Family vacation

Overall property was wonderful. The unit we were in only had 4 chairs on the balcony for 8 adults. Also one sofa and two chairs in living room. No dish towels in kitchen. Only two bowls. Everything else was Great! Everyone really enjoyed the view from the second floor!

Do NOT stay in this unit!

I’ll summarize our stay as best possible. Upon arrival the unit was not clean. The furniture was dirty and they used a greasy cleaner that made everything oily. Weird! Blinds in all rooms did not work, were broken or held together with tape. Beds were broken and held up with rocks/blocks. We only knew this bc we dropped something on the floor and when we bent down we saw it under the bed. Box springs did not have sheets. Dishwasher was not attached to countertop and fell out when we opened it. Cabinet door fell off and hit my family members foot. Utility room door was covered in dust and mold as well as all air vents. The places sleeps 12 and only had enough cushion seating for 4. Rooms did not have dressers for clothes, only nightstands. Freezer was broken and iced over. There were two old dirty mops in a closet. The list goes on and on. We reached out to the property management and played email tag. The management on site was mortified and said the hoa is fed up with this unit. I will be reaching out again for a full refund. We had 60+ family’s members staying at coral reef, sterling beach and summerhouse who had no issues with their room. I’m saying that because this is an honest review and wouldn’t have had to write this if it wasn’t so unbelievably.

Great location and condo

We loved this stay. The condo could use a few improvements of new blinds, curtains and a few other cosmetics that would take it to a whole new level. But the condo is exactly how it’s listed and it great for a large family. We will more than likely stay here again
