Apartment on the first floor of a duplex house in a nice and recent residential complex in the countryside, accessible only to residents. The hotel offers two swimming pools (one for children and one for adults), placed in front of the house, a sports court, a large park equipped with children's games; in the evening you can attend performances offered from animation (baby dance and cabaret). Several car parks are available.
The house has a private garden and a spacious shaded terrace, furnished with a sofa and a big table, where you can spend pleasant moments in privacy. Inside the apartment is divided into living room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom for children with two single beds and a bathroom; in the loft there is a sofa bed for one and a half. The house is modern and functional and is equipped with air conditioning, TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
The sea is about 400m and is easily reached within a few minutes walk. In summer there is also a free shuttle service that connects you with other beaches. On request you can make use of bicycles.
An ideal starting point for a trip that combines the sea idleness, with the desire to explore the typical villages of Marche, without neglecting the pleasures of food and wine tourism.
