Near Mas Pinell beach, a comfortable and fully equipped apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. Located in a residential and quiet area by the sea.
The accommodation is 50 m² with a pleasant communal garden, tables and chairs, ideal for reading, connecting to the internet (WIFI zone) and enjoying time with family.
It has 1 television
One bedroom has bunk beds, brand new this year, and the other has a double bed (160x200). The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils/equipment, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and toaster. The bathroom has a shower. The building does not have a lift.
It is located 80 metres from the beach and situated in a quiet area within the Mas Pinell urbanisation. It is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and L´Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and peaceful residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, which has an extensive sandy beach with views of the Illes Medes where you will find the peace you are looking for for your holidays. The Mas Pinell area is removed from the urban centre; during high season there are a few beach bars.

gracias por la valoracion, cada año se mejora un parte del bloque, hablaremos con el propietario, a ver si en 2019 se puede canviar el sillón, recambios de los utensilios de cocina tenemos siempre en la recepcion, se puede solucionar en un momento

La distribucion y ubicacion del apartamento perfecto
encontramos 2 cosas a mejorar: las almoadas eran extremadamente blandas y faltavan algunos utensilios de cocina, para mi basicos, como tostadora, minipimer...
