Decorated with taste and fully equipped, it has a completely fenced garden with an awning for added privacy.The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi connection, with access to a private terrace-garden, fenced and with garden furniture and an awning. Additionally, on this floor, there is a guest toilet. The barbecue can be used in front of the garage door, following the community regulations.On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with the main bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. You will also find a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a small balcony.Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.Come and experience an unforgettable vacation by the sea!
