Beach house Pals

The basement consists of a garage covered for up to a car, a motorcycle, bikes and more. In front of the garage there is room to park a second car. Through a private outdoor staircase leads to the first floor. This is a large living room - dining room with fireplace and access to large terrace facing east. On the opposite side, very well equipped kitchen. Locked room next to the kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. From this room there is access to a large rear outdoor patio with barbecue. Through an internal staircase that starts from the dining room, you reach the upper floor. This one suite room with private bathroom and outdoor balcony is. On the other side, a room with two beds and two windows facing east and a shower room. The house has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms.

Located in a quiet residential area, three minutes from a shopping area with bars and restaurants. Six minutes walk from the beach. The beach has views out of Begur and the Medes Islands.

Alles gut. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie angegeben. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Schön war auch die Markise auf der Sonnenterrasse. Gute und preiswerte Restaurants fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Schöner Strand mit einer guten Strandbar. Nicht so schön war , dass in dem einen Schlafzimmer an beiden Betten die FĂŒĂŸe vom Bettgestell lose waren und von unseren Freunden erstmal repariert werden mussten. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Der vorhandene Kamin hatte immer noch Aschereste und beim Reinigen der Fußböden sollte man auch mal die Ecken mit auswischen.

Top Lage in Pals - Mittendrin und doch ruhig

Tolle Woche in Pals, fusslĂ€ufig zu Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Etwas unruhige Nachbarn, wobei zum ersten Mal, die dĂŒnneren WĂ€nde eine Rolle spielten. Aber wir hatten auch unsere Kids dabei ;)

Sommerurlaub am Meer

Unser Aufenthalt in Carmes Unterkunft war einfach hervorragend. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In verliefen reibungslos. Die Unterkunft hatte alles zu bieten, was man zu Hause eben auch hat. Vor allem die zwei Badezimmer und die eigene Terrasse, so wie der eigene Parkplatz waren ein großer Vorteil. Zum Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind es wenige Gehminuten. Die Lage war genau wie angegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr toll. Alles war sauber und alles war genau so wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit Carme war, wie immer, optimal und sehr schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und die Lage in der NĂ€he vom Strand macht alles perfekt.

Agréable maison

Bon séjour dans cette agréable maison, trÚs bien équipée en appareils menagers et denrées de base. La climatisation était bien utile pour la nuit. 2 terrasses à orientation opposée permettent de profiter de l'extérieur le matin comme le soir. A 10 minutes à pied d' une belle plage. Proche d'un petit supermarché, on peut faire ses courses à pied. Le vieux village de Pals à quelques km a beaucoup de charme.

Belle location bien située et bien équipée.

Point faible au niveau du mobilier exterieur.Pas de transat, uniquement de simples chaises car les 2 fauteuils relax sont inutilisables.Il serait necessaire de les remplacer.Un grand parasol serait aussi apprécié sur la terrasse à l arriere de la maison.

gerÀumige Ferienwohnung in einer guten Lage

Das Ferienhaus bietet fĂŒr 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. In der oberen Etage befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und zwei BĂ€der. Damit kommt es morgens schon nicht zum GedrĂ€nge im Bad. :-) Im unteren Bereich ist die sehr gut ausgestattet KĂŒche und ein gerĂ€umiges Wohnzimmer. DarĂŒber hinaus gibt es zwei Terrassen, welche man abwechselnd Morgens und Abends nutzten kann. Die Garage ist ebenfalls sehr gerĂ€umig. Allerdings wird man mit großen SUV dort nicht parken können. Aber FahrrĂ€der, Dachboxen, und Badesachen sind dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, auch weil der Weg zum Strand wirklich nur 5 Minuten betrĂ€gt und verschiedene Restaurants zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar sind. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich in wiederkommen.

Motorrad- und Badeurlaub in Pals

Wir, 2 PĂ€rchen waren im August 2022 mit einem großen Auto sowie einem AnhĂ€nger, bestĂŒckt mit 3 MotorrĂ€dern an die Costa Brava gefahren. Mit dem Haus in Pals haben wir die perfekte Unterkunft gefunden. Garage und Stellplatz vorm Haus haben unseren Fuhrpark problemlos aufgenommen. Das Gleiche gilt fĂŒr das Haus, in dem wir keinerlei Platzprobleme hatten, ganz im Gegenteil. Jedes PĂ€rchen hatte ein ausreichend großes Schlafzimmer, eines sogar mit integriertem Badezimmer. Das andere Badezimmer war einfach ĂŒber den Flur zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen, alles war mehrfach vorhanden, so daß der GeschirrspĂŒler nicht nach jedem FrĂŒhstĂŒck laufen musste. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Sitzgelegenheiten auf Terrasse, Balkon oder Indoor im Wohnzimmer rundeten das Ensemble ab. Unsere Freizeitgestaltung bestand aus vielen Motorradtouren, Baden im fußlĂ€ufig erreichbaren Meer, sowie AusflĂŒgen in die nahegelegenen Orte Pals und La Bisbal. Die fußlĂ€ufig erreichbare Gastronomie entsprach unserem Geschmack und wurde hĂ€ufig kontaktiert. Wo viel Licht ist gibt es natĂŒrlich auch Schatten: die Nachbarn sind ab und zu in Feierlaune und stören schonmal bis weit nach Mitternacht die Nachtruhe. Dies kann man natĂŒrlich nicht der Agentur ankreiden - muß man mit leben. Apropos Agentur: die Kommunikation mit Carme lief perfekt, all unsere WĂŒnsche wurden erfĂŒllt, geht nicht besser.

GerÀumiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Gute Ausstattung und Lage zum Strand/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( ca.5 Minuten). Alle KĂŒchenutensilien vorhanden, KĂŒhl-Gefrierkombi, GeschirrspĂŒler und Waschmaschine. Zweifache Ausfertigung an BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒchern. Gute Matratzen. Standventilatoren im Wohn- und den SchlafrĂ€umen zwar vorhanden, aber leider nicht ausreichend zum KĂŒhlen. Dringend empfohlen fĂŒr die SchlafrĂ€ume eine Klimaanlage anzuschaffen. Leider etwas hellhörig zum direkten Nachbarn.

Objekt ist ideal fĂŒr 5-6 Personen. Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Einzig eine Aircondition wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert. Allerdings ist fĂŒr jedes Zimmer ein Ventilator vorhanden. Bei der Beschreibung sollte erwĂ€hnt werden, dass in der KĂŒche ein Induktionsherd eingebaut ist

GroßzĂŒgiges Ferienhaus in einer schönen Umgebung

Sehr gute Unterkunft auch fĂŒr zwei Familien. Wir waren mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter und ihrem Freund dort und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Umgebung lĂ€sst sowohl AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€chsten StĂ€dte zu (z.T. sogar zu Fuß auf schönen Wegen) als auch das Genießen einen schönen Strandes in relativer NĂ€he. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sowohl vorab als auch zum Urlaubsende zĂŒgig und völlig unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr!

Logement conforme Ă  l’annonce. Maison bien situĂ©e avec les Ă©quipements prĂ©vus. Un seul bĂ©mol : nous n’avons pas eu la chance pendant notre sĂ©jour d’avoir beaucoup de soleil et le dispositif de chauffage n’est pas le mieux adaptĂ© pour ces circonstances. Mais cette maison est idĂ©ale aux beaux jours.
