Parkeren is gratis in Mas Pinell en in de weekenden komen ook dagjes mensen naar het ruime lange strand van Mas Pinell. Ook in augustus altijd wel een plekje te vinden maar misschine niet direkt voor het huis..... bedankt voor jullie verblijf In Mas Pinell en tot volgend jaar.

September 24 Les Dunes 17
Die erfolgte Renovierung des Hauses, insbesondere die neue Küche, verbessern die Wohn- und Urlaubsqualität erheblich. Der Service durch Linda und Team i Vorfeld und vor Ort war wie gewohnt ausgezeichnet.
Wenn auch außerhalb der Zuständigkeit von INMO MasPinell: Dass die Strandbude bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs verläßlich geöffnet war, hat uns sehr gefreut.
Sonnenliegen (nur eine sehr alte vorhanden, Polster unschön) und neue Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem kleinen und dem großen Balkon wären auf neueren Stand zu bringen / zu ergänzen.

Schöne und erholsame Zeit im Spätsommer in
Im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren besonders positiv hervorzuheben war, dass die Strandbude (Diego/Raffa), die ja die einzige öffentliche Infrastruktur in MasPi darstellt, die meiste Zeit geöffnet war. Unser Haus war rundum in Ordnung und die Betreuung durch Linda und Kollegen wie immer höchst erfreulich und angenehm - vielen Dank!
Den Mietern der Ferienhäuser sollte es ermöglicht werden -zumindest zum morgendlichen Kauf von Brot - auf den Campingplatz zu gelangen. Hauseigentümer, das konnten wir mehrfach beobachten, haben hierzu die Möglichkeit und kommen einem mit Brot unter dem Arm aus dem Camping entgegen, während man selbst sich auf die 13 km lange Reise um ein Stück Brot begibt - auch aus ökologischer Sicht sehr ungut!
Das sollte sich organisieren lassen.

Haben unseren Urlaub wieder mal sehr genossen.
Sehr ruhige Lage ausserhalb der Ferienzeit. Haus sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und zum Pool. Werden wiederkommen.

Mas Pinell September 2021
Seit über 20 Jahren machen wir Urlaub in Mas Pinell. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Haus in diesem Jahr war gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet.
Ein Minuspunkt sind die fehlenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Urbanisation, insbesondere die fehlende Bäckerei. Bedauerlich war es auch, dass die Strandbude schon so früh abgebaut wurde.

Très bonne location
Superbe emplacement, résidence au bord de la mer. Jardin très agréable. Bon équipement, lits confortables. Dans cet été "covid", je tiens à saluer les efforts très sécurisants qui ont été mis en place : le ménage à l'entrée a vraiment été effectué à fond. Par ailleurs le respect des règles sanitaires dans la région (port du masque etc.) m'a semblé bon, d'autant la localisation tranquille incite à un mode de vie "extérieur" (plage...).
Plus cher en été, mais c'est logique.

L'ubicació de la casa és molt còmoda: accès ràpid a la piscina i al mar i una certa privacitat respecte a la resta de vivendes. La casa és còmoda amb un jardi cuidat i molt agradable. Hi ha prou llits per rebre convidats. Les taules extensibles són també molt còmodes per a dinars familiars.
La tapisseria no desenfundable del sofà necessitaria un repàs de neteja més acurat. La nevera és una mica petita per a les necessitats de l'estiu (beguda i més congelats per evitar desplaçaments)

2 Wochen sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Die Lage des Hauses ist schon toll.
Die Ausstattung ist mehr als gut, sogar kleine Fahrräder sind da. Es ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Einen Bäcker oder Brötchendienst anbieten. Wechsel auch am Mittwoch.

Relax davant del mar
La localització és perfecte i gaudeixes de mar i piscina. La casa és confortable. S'agraeix l'aire condicionat a l'habitació principal.
Hi ha moltes andròmines al garatge. La rentadora no va massa bé. El jardí està descuidat.

Cómodo para familias
Una casa muy cómoda para familias, con un jardín adecuado para juegos y descanso. Bien equipada en general.
La mesa del porche es inestable e incómoda. El colchón de la habitación principal es de mala calidad, incómodo para la espalda.
