With a capacity for 7 people, this house is only 50 meters from the beach. Fully equipped and comfortable, with access to the communal area with pools.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and electric radiators, a television (Spanish), and access to the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Additionally, on this floor, there is a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need, such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, hand blender, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Although the garage is closed, it is easy to park right in front of it.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with bunk beds and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed. The main bathroom has a shower and washing machine, and the suite has a bathroom with a bathtub and a small balcony.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Furthermore, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Fijne rustige omgeving voor met kinderen en hond.
Super fijne locatie met kinderen en hond. Rustige omgeving. Dicht bij de zee en het zwembad om de hoek. Totaal niet het gevoel gehad dat we midden in het hoogseizoen op vakantie waren. Huis was fijn. Voldoende ruimte, tuin en slaapkamers. Slaapkamers allemaal voorzien van een waaier.
Supermarkt op 10 min rijden. Het zou fijn zijn als er iets van een bakker dichterbij zou zijn. We probeerde op de camping in de buurt vers brood te halen in de ochtend maar dat was helaas niet toegestaan. Betreft het huis iedere avond zat heel het plafond van de keuken vol met muggen. Onlangs de anti muggen spray en andere middelen tegen muggen. Daarnaast veel last van mieren in de keuken. Ondanks dat we geen etenswaren op de keuken lieten liggen en de prullenbak buiten voor hadden staan. Verder super communicatie met het verhuur bedrijf! Goede service. Erg fijne plek.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist toll gelegen und sehr nahe am Strand. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass kein Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar ist und nur mit dem Auto erreicht werden kann. Wenn man dies aber berücksichtigt, ist es wirklich ein tolles Ferienhaus. Gerne wieder!

Bonne Maison de Vacance
Maison à proximité de la piscine et de la plage.
Prévoir des ustensiles en bois pour ne pas abîmer les casseroles avec les ustensiles actuellement mis à disposition.
Manque de pression d'eau lorsqu'on prends une douche en même temps dans les 2 salles de bain.
Revoir l'emplacement des ventilateurs disposés au plafond caries sont bruyants et on sent très peu l'air.

Séjour à la fin de l’été
La mer et la piscine à proximité : c’est cool
La maison est confortable, sans plus
L’accueil est agréable. Grande amabilité et disponibilité des personnes qui ont recherché des lunettes oubliées dans la maison (nous les avons retrouvé par la suite)
Nous recommandons Mas Pinell et l’équipe de Reservas Mas Pinell
Nous avons dû acheter une couverture pour les dernières nuits plus fraîches car il n’y en avait pas dans la maison.
Le temps pour rembourser la caution est trop long. Les années précédentes, la caution avait été remboursée dans les jours suivants notre départ. Cette fois ci il a fallu attendre une semaine

Wie in den vergangenen Jahren war es wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Mas Pinell.
Die Unterkünfte egal ob DARO oder LES DUNES sind wie immer top.

Déjà réservé d autres années
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le changement de mobilier a l intérieur. Ca fait très joli, plus de place, pratique et confortable.
Les autres années, nous avions apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue dans la maison. Mettre des verres à pied pour le vin.

Invasión de mosquitos
La piscina es estupenda...la casa cómoda y limpieza adecuada.
La casa debería tener mosquiteras porque está en zona plagada de mosquitos.
Es imposible cerrar todo en verano para que no te entren con el calor!..es una lástima porque resulta muy incòmodo.
La playa cercana ha perdido mucho ya que está sin cuidar ni limpiar..y la acequia aboca agua verdosa...no volveremos por este motivo..estuvimos hace 4 años y tras los temporales. .la playa ha perdido mucho..y no han invertido en limpiar la zona.
Respetar los horarios de entrada..dicen a las 16..o algo más y entramos a las 18.20 a la casa..con el equipo de limpieza ultimando.Es cierto que nos pidieron disculpas..pero es que había avisado expresamente solcitando no demoraran demasiado la entrada !!

lastima que no habeis estado a gusto como hace 4 años. La playa es parte de un parque natural, aqui la naturaleza manda el agua verdosa solo es donde el rio con agua dulce entra al mar con agua salada. Tema mosquiteras comentaremos al propietario.
Por tema Covid las limpiezas y la desinfeccion han de estar a nivel y segun protocolo y puede ser que por tema de seguridad y salud la entrada es algo mas tarde que el previsto (a partir de 16 horas). Habeis podido salir tambien mas tarde por esta razon que os ha parecido una buena compensacion....

Necesita renovacion interior urgente
La ubicacion es excelente y la zona comunitaria perfecta
El interior es desastroso, una casa con tantas posibilidades y la decoracion le hace perder todo su encanto. Muebles feos y viejos dan un ambiente tenebroso, el jardin privado sigue la misma linea. La casa es estupenda pero por favor renuevenla!!!

Sobretodo la limpieza el mobiliario es bastante viejo incluyendo el sofá los armarios de las habitaciones no tienen estantes la nevera no enfriaba para nada!! El pequeño jardín muy dejado y sobretodo la limpieza!!!
