This apartment is in a great location offering a lovely roof terrace. Unfortunately it is rather tired and in need of updating/ cleaning properly and refreshing. Be aware the parking space is right at the end of the underground garage and getting into the space especially if other cars are there us very difficult. It is also a long walk to the lift for bringing up shopping etc. Refreshing the decor and furniture. Check air conditioning as seemed tired. Ensure clean properly before guests arrive.

Prachtig appartement

Dat het appartement schoon was en de bedden heerlijk opgemaakt, heel fijn na een lange dag van reizen. Ook de bereidwilligheid om te helpen van de receptie medewerkster om de "verdwenen" Hollandse tv zenders tot twee keer toe te komen herstellen. Het zou fijn zijn als u in de mail waarin vermeld wordt waar de sleutel af te halen is na kantoortijd dat er een lift in het gebouw aanwezig is. Wij moesten (74 en 71 jaar oud) s'avonds om tien uur bij aankomst nog twee koffers van elk 25 kilo vier trappen op sjouwen. Ook handig om te weten dat de Consum supermercados de boodschappen gratis thuis bezorgt...

Der Wlan ist super stark Der Schließer der Wohnungstüre müsste nach/eingestellt werden, Fernsehprogramme wie SAT1 bzw. RTL sollten über Satellitenanlage empfangen werden können. Die ca. 20 regionalen 3. Programme sind nicht für jeden sinnvoll.

Wie immer problemloser und freundlicher Check -in. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Das absolute Highlight war wie immer die Dachterrasse. Wir freuen uns auf unseren Aufenthalt im Mai/Juni 2024 und hoffen das ein großer Teil der Bauarbeiten bis dahin abgeschlossen sind. Leider kann man momentan die Wohnung nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen, da die nahegelegene Großbaustelle erhebliche Lärm-und Staubbelästigung mit sich bringt. Auch könnte man den Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse verbessern. (der Sonnenschirmständer ist seit 2021 defekt.

Schöne Ferien

Die Wohnung ist, mit der großen Dachterrasse einfach traumhaft. Alles, was Sie zum täglichen Leben brauchen, befindet sich in der Wohnung. Leider wurde der Pool erst am 2. Juni geöffnet. Wir waren aber bereits 2 Wochen vorher in der Wohnung. Der Pool ist traumhaft, da er von sehr wenigen Leuten genutzt wurde und man durch die Größe auch ordentlich schwimmen kann. Leider wurden die gegenüber liegenden Häuser renoviert, so dass wir mit Baulärm belästigt wurden. Auch auf dem brachliegenden Grundstück wurde gearbeitet und das Pipsen der Baumaschinen war nicht angenehm.

Das Appartement ist einfach nur Spitze! Es ist gut ausgestattet,vom Wohnzimmer und von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Betreuung vor Ort war wie immer top. Macht einfach weiter so! Ganz toll wäre WLAN auf der Dachterrasse.

El ático es acogedor, cómodo, bonita decoración, vistas muy buenas y la piscina enorme La litera de arriba de la habitación pequeña suena mucho y hay un enchufe doble de la cocina q no funciona, lo q puede dar lugar a confundirse de q algún electrodoméstico esta mal, sin ser asi.

Ubicación, amplitud, para tratarse de un apto vacacional, calidad del inmueble, garaje subterráneo, WiFi "personal" no compartido, terraza maravillosa, etc... Se agradecería una doble cortina o una más tupida en el salón, por las mañanas la incidencia del sol es demasiado intensa. En la cocina sería recomendable un grifo con el caño más alto

Los detalles cuentan.

Urbanizacion y apartamento. En los detalles. Inspeccionar que todo funcione antes de la entrada al apartamento. La puerta de la habitacion de matrimonio solo se podia abrir desde dentro, el cuarto de baño pequeño se le salia el quisquete de la cerradura y se podia quedar la puerta bloqueada, el la tv no funcionaban varios canales normales La1, La2, Clantv..... Nos llamaron para que dejemos entrar a un tecnico para reparar una antena y accedimos, pero lo curioso es que al dia siguiente a las 13:45 nos llama Inma y nos dice que si puede ir con el tecnico, ¿no habia estado el dia anterior ? Pues no! Y nadie nos aviso, pero accedimos tambien a pesar de que estabamos en los preparativos de la comida. Creo que nos mereciamos algun detalle mejor que una botella de vino barato, por lo menos que sea decente, siendo un apartamento de casi 2000€ 14 dias y con los inconvenientes que hemos tenido.

Buen apartamento.

La ubicacion, espacio, parking. El wifi es un desastre. No funciona y un ap. De este nivel y precio deberia de tener una conexion acorde. El interfono no funciona y no abre abajo Falta mas sombra en la terraza. Las plantas estan muertas.
