About this property
Royal Villa No.12, RWM
A stunning three bedroom townhouse nestled in beautifully landscaped gardens, with a private plunge pool, and access to several Royal Westmoreland amenities, including onsite gym, restaurant, tennis courts, communal pools, as well as for the avid golfer, access to the World Renowned Golf Course.
Guests will benefit from an open plan living and dining area featuring large French doors which open onto covered terraces with panoramic views of the landscaped gardens, ocean and beautiful sunsets.
As an added bonus, guests will also have access to the owners private golf buggy to utilize on the resort during their stay.
Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:
If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)
Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:
Weekly Charge
1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
