Great family home of character. My property is 75 km from Paris making it an ideal destination for a Week-End with family or friends. Between Vetheuil and Giverny, on the way Impressionist this is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Enjoy my accommodation for its exceptional view of the Seine valley, its tranquility, its rustic charm and proximity to historic sites
(Castle of La Roche Guyon Claude Monet museum, Bizy Castle). Beautiful walks in perspective.

Quirky Elegance

We unexpectedly extended out stay in France and found this charming house at the last minute. Olivia coped most professionally with our late booking, was there to welcome us, and was consistently helpful, even to the extent of phoning us when the lovely local Vet forgot to give us an essential paper for our dog's return to England. Everyone comments on the stunning location: it's simply breathtaking!

Très belle maison avec un cadre exceptionnel. L'accueil et l'accompagnement du gérant est très bien géré. Je recommande fortement cet hébergement (et j'y retournerai moi même avec grand plaisir).

Der riesige Garten, die herrliche Aussicht auf die Seine und das Schloss sind einfach echter Urlaub. Für uns mit unserem Hund genau das Richtige! Olivia ist super freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

We had the perfect stay in La Roche-Guyon for our painting group!

The housewas perfect for our group of 8 persons. The kirchen was well equipped. The owners were very helpfull for any question we had! For us as group of painters 🎨 we had a perfect time!

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Mme Leroy Olivia pour son accueil chaleureux tant en amont de notre séjour, tant à l'arrivée. Quant à la maison, quelle situation extraordinaire! la vue de la terrasse est sublime! on ne se lasse pas d'admirer le paysage, le lever du soleil sur la vallée, le château etc... La grande pièce séjour, salon, contribue à la convivialité du séjour. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse.

Exceptional view and natural setting!

We echo all the previous comments about the grandeur of the views and opportunities for indoor/outdoor living. With a large group, the ability to spread out is a real plus. We appreciated the updates, especially the kitchen, which is well-stocked, clean and extremely functional. Portions of the rest of the house could benefit from similar updates, and might be described as "rustic." We happened to stay during the hottest part of the summer. Just be aware if that is the case, there are no air conditioners or fans. All in all, we recommend this family home as a place for your family/group while in France.

Maison familiale confortable, sept chambres, trois salles de bain ou douche, cuisine neuve bien équipée, grande pièce à vivre. Machines à laver et à linge performantes. Tout fonctionne bien ! Grand jardin, très belle terrasse, vue inoubliable sur la Seine… Accueil sympathique d’Olivia, échanges fluides. Excellent séjour

La maison d'Olivia et Richard est très bien entretenue et parfaitement fonctionnelle, la vue est splendide. Parfait pour un grand bol d'air! C'était un vrai plaisir d'y passer un week-end entre amis, de profiter du mobilier de jardin au soleil et du barbecue pour passer un moment très agréable et très convivial. Merci pour ce séjour !

Une vue incroyable

Grande maison, 5 chambres - dont une grande chambre avec une très belle vue, proche de Paris. Cuisine tout équipée, barbecue (à bois). Très bonne connexion Wifi (fibre) - aucun problème pour télétravailler à plusieurs. Prévoir de l'antimoustique pour profiter des soirées en extérieur Un petit bemol : beaucoup de circulation surtout le WE car beaucoup de beaux points de vue
