Aloha! Please enjoy the following photos of this wonderful condominium. I know you will enjoy your stay with us. Our private residence has one of the most spectacular views on the island. This vacation home is directly on the oceanfront and is a bottom floor unit.

This condominium has been remodeled and redecorated with authentic tropical-style Hawaiian furniture and art. You can hear and see the ocean from the living areas and
the lanai. The view and sound is just mesmerizing.You can hear the ocean as the waves are rolling into shore, reminding you that you have arrived!

We also have a private snorkeling area located here at the resort as well as one of the largest pools. The gardens throughout this small nature friendly complex are the most beautiful and well maintained as well. And if you are looking forward to dining at an exclusive one of a kind setting with the most incredible views and atmosphere, then we suggest dining on your own romantic lanai.

The tiki torches are lit up as the sun goes down and there is no better place to be than in your own private paradise. During whale season this home has the advantages of optimal views of the whales as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

If you enjoy local tropical produce and like to walk, the farmers market is not far away and is across from a beach park. This vacation home will please the most discerning individuals and is of the highest quality, detail, and is offered at the absolute best value to be found. This condo was prefect for our family of 3. Ideal location for all of west Maui! Margie had all the amenities needed for a great trip, we even cooked a few meals in the condo. Waking up to have your morning coffee 10 yards from the crashing waves is incredible! The pool in this complex is stunning a 10out of 10. The only minor flaw is it can get quite warm in the kitchen/living room area, when there is no ocean breeze.

Great stay!

Our family of 3 (2 adults and one teen) loved this place. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location! The owner was super responsive, and we appreciated the extras she provided to make our first days on Maui simple. Waking up on Christmas morning to watch the sea turtles and whales is a memory we'll all have for a lifetime! We would definitely book this condo again.

Stunning Views!

We loved the amazing ocean views from the lanai! We saw whales breaching and turtles. The sunsets were awesome! The condo is very clean and nicely equipped. King bed was comfortable. There is a large community pool and nice BBQ grilling area. Margie is a great host. She is very communicative and responsive with questions about condo, the area or information about your booking. The location is close to great restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping. We had a short visit and wished we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic Vacation!

This condo has the best view on the island! I loved sitting on the grass outside of our sliding door watching the spectacular sunsets. At night when the tiki torches are lit, it is romantic and fun to barbecue on the grills right outside the condo. During the day , you can swim, snorkel, or just relax on the grass area with a good book. Margie supplies bird seed and I loved feeding the Java Sparrows right outside our door! I can't wait to return! Everything was perfect!

Steps away from a private beach!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. We sat out on the lanai and watched the sunset and listened to the waves. We saw sea turtles swimming in the water. A couple of sea turtles even came up on the beach to recharge. We were able to get a close look at these giant peaceful creatures. We swam and snorkeled right off the private beach in front of the condo. In the evening, we took a swim in the private pool on the grounds. The condo was cozy for 4 people but it had everything we needed. If you like nature and privacy, this is the place to stay. We loved it!

Noah and I wanted to send a big Thank You for a wonderful week in 705! Your condo is beautiful, and the location can't be beat! I had worried it all sounded too good to be true, but it isn't! Your place was exactly what I was looking for, and I am so happy that I found it. The week away was just what we needed before our baby arrives. The turtles were out all week, and stayed for hours on our last night there. The weather was lovely, and we really had a great stay. If all goes as planned, we will return at the end of April for a wedding, and would love to stay there again, we'll be in touch. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved your ...

We absolutely loved your condo!! It was perfect! We usually go explore and spend the day at other beaches, but with your condo we only went up to Napili one day because we had no reason to leave the condo! The view is incredible and the little beach right in front of the condo was pretty much a private beach for us. Only a few people came down to use it. Your recent remodel made everything look so nice! We would love to stay at your condo next year also! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and wanted to thank you for letting us experience your little slice of heaven! Thanks for everything! We will be in touch! Summer Whitehouse

Amazing Place That Has Everything

Just got back from this amazing condo. It had everything that I wanted on my vacation. The ocean is steps away from the lanai. We watched whales and turtles feeding while having my morning coffee. You are a few steps from a beach and there are 2 other beaches within walking distance. All west beaches are a short drive. Having fresh fruit in the morning from the local farmers market was a real treat. Everything was thought of before you get there. Margie is the perfect hostess. Everyone in the resort are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. The condo itself is beautifully renovated. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Maui.

Just sit on porch and take it in!

The unit being on the bottom level of this complex was a wonderful treat to just sit on the porch and watch the whales, or the waves, or the sunset! The location was great being close to beaches with awesome snorkeling. We did try and go out front, but the water was high and ended up cutting our feet on the rocks. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but that only made this condo more perfect as you felt as if you were outside enjoying the elements despite the downpour. The condo itself was well stocked and easy in and out. I would definitely recommend this condo again and hope that next time in Maui the sun may come out! :)

Most amazingly located condo, with everything you and kids may need to enjoy the paradise

We stayed in the condo at the end of July, for a week. Condo is comfortable, with all necessary amenities and auxiliaries. Appreciated having boards, fins and othere beach and swim equipment available on site. The location was perfect for us. It is a ground floor condo, right on the beach with nice sand, clear for swimming, witha nice adjacent snorkeling reef. My kids and I spent lots of time swimming in the ocean, as the water was warm, lots of fish to see, cool waves to ahve fun and no need to dress up or get in the car or walk more than 15 steps if you wanted to take a swim. There is a pool and other amenities in the condominium but we did not use those facilities, tere was no need. Oh, lots of turtles in the water as well. We would love to come back! Communicaton with the owner and instructions were great, with alot of ideas about where to eat and where to go - Thank you, Margie. Word of advise - book your restraunts and activities well in advance! We booked car on Turo as car rental agency prices were unreal.

Excellent place to stay!!!

We are a family of four with two boys (about 10yrs old). We are usually out and about experiencing the different beaches around Maui, and are really just looking for a home base to recharge in the afternoons, cook meals in the evenings (preferably with a BBQ for easy cleanup) and sleep at. This property accomplished this and more. The check in process was painless. The condo is nicely appointed and the view out the back sliding glass window is amazing. You are feet from the ocean, and all it's glory. We had turtles feeding on the reef that were easily visible when they came up for a breath when standing on the beach (which is about 30 feet from the patio). We visited in early April and were also able to see dueling whales doing tail and fin slaps in the channel from the patio chairs. And finally, the sunsets from the patio are awesome. Lastly, Margie was in regular communication with us throughout the trip. We didn't, but had we needed anything she was always available. All said, we enjoyed our stay. It met our needs, and we would absolutely stay there again whenever our travels bring us back to Maui. A big mahalo nui to Margie for her hospitality!

Paradise Found!

Staying at Margie’s condo is like having your own little piece of paradise during your stay in Maui. Like many other reviewers here, we just loved sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean any time of day - with the whales breaching to witnessing the most amazing sunsets. There is a small, private beach just a few feet away from the lanai, where we would take the beach chairs and just relax. We found everything that we needed in this condo for our two week stay. The kitchen is well-equipped if you choose to make your own meals. There is a nice size fridge for our groceries – we liked having the automatic icemaker. My husband found the nearby barbeque area to be a great social place to meet and chat with other folks while grilling dinner. Some mornings, we walked to the farmers market, just down the street, where we could pick up fresh fruit and vegetables, dips, dressings, jams and jellies, and more. Many amenities are nearby, like grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, art and jewelry shops. On the days that we ventured out and explored the different parts of Maui, it was nice to know that when we got back to the condo, we would be able to have a good night’s sleep in a very comfortable king-size bed. It was also handy to be able to use the washer and dryer, which will mean next time, I will pack a lot less clothes. And yes, we will be back! We definitely got smitten with Maui on our very first trip, and our experience with Margie and her condo is a big part of the reason. Margie provides very quick and friendly responses, whether making reservation inquiries or having any other questions. She has thought of everything possible for you to have a wonderful stay. We received very thorough and detailed information about staying at her condo, along with helpful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. We have already decided to return next year. Can’t wait!

Slice of Paradise with magical views!

Hands-down, one of the BEST places we’ve stayed! This condo has everything you need, Margie has done an incredible job fully stocking it. We were very comfortable and slept great there. Let’s talk about the magic now! Open the blinds and you see the beautiful ocean waters directly in front of you. Take a step outside, grab the Tommy Bahama chairs provided and plop them down in the rich green grass barefooted! Feel the earth and breathe in the magical view! The ocean is so close you can smell it and within 50 short feet your in the water! We spent several days snorkeling outside of the condo because it was so perfect! Turtles swimming with you and in the afternoon they share the beach with you! Beautiful and majestic this condo is. We also appreciated the grab box outside on Lanai. They had snorkeling gear, all sorts of flotation devices, you name it in the box to use in water. You’re also have a free parking spot at the condo, which is a money saver. There is a giant superstore only a two or 3 miles down the road. We were able to fully stocked up and do a lot of the cooking at the condo. It feel like a home away form home for us. We truly think staying here as part of the reason we loved our trip to Maui so much! Every evening just before sunset everyone would come out with their chairs to watch it together. We had a gentleman that played bagpipes, and he came out and played while the sun went down. It was pretty incredible to hear. Just after sunset, a gentleman appears to light all the tiki torches. It’s a beautiful property! They have filtered water available in the wreck room area, along with some ping-pong in a fully stocked library leave a book, take a book. We found some of the best sushi we’ve ever had a few miles of the road called Miso Phat. The sashimi was incredible. We loved our experience here with breathtaking views. Listening to the waves crashing into the rocks. We already re-booked and can’t wait to get back! D&T January 2022

Perfect Location, Amazing Views!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with unobstructed views of the ocean. We saw sea turtles and gorgeous sunsets every night and listened to the waves crashing on the shore. The unit is conveniently located on the ground floor and has direct access to the beach (although there are no stairs). The property has all the amenities as described and is very comfortable and accommodating. Margie’s communication and care were outstanding. We can't wait to return and highly recommend staying here.

Awesome location!

We really enjoyed our 8 days vacation at this place. Everyday we walked out of the sliding door to snorkel or to swim multiple times, because the clear water is right outside. One of my wife’s favorites about this place is everyday we went out of the kitchen door to watch a beautiful Hawaiian sunset in the evening. There is no better or more convenient location for us to do all we want in Maui. One more thing- we stayed at many other vacation houses over the years. This is the place that the photos shown on the website definitely didn’t do justice.

We stayed here for 13 days and had the most incredible time. The condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The view is beautiful and even better in person than pictures can show. We sat on the lanai for hours watching whales, turtles and even dolphins in the ocean. It was so peaceful and private. The complex is very nice, well manicured and clean. The pool is wonderful and there was always plenty of chairs available. We were able to walk to a coffee shop and a general store. The area is very nice. I cannot wait to come back again! Thank you Margie for sharing your amazing condo with us!

Paradise

Margie’s unit was equipped, especially for my husband who loves to cook!!! The views were speculated and we were able to see whales and lots of turtles. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back next year!!!
