The house is located in a centuries old olive grove. From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view to the east you can see the sea while to the west is Mount Tuttavista.
It composed of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette.
At 'exterior veranda. You can eat under the trees. Between June and September you can taste the figs, collecting them directly from our old trees.
It is 2km from the town, and 1km from the sea

Lieu calme et paisible

La maison est parfaite pour deux personnes. Elle est située au cœur d’une oliveraie. L’accès est facile proche de la ville et de la mer, possibilité de se déplacer à vélo ! Sur la coline à l’arrière de la maison, il y a une carrière que l’on entend un petit peu en semaine mais c’est pas du tout un problème ! Par contre en cuisine, les ustensiles dont au strict minimum,si vous aimez cuisiner prévoyer vos ustensiles favoris !

Ruhig, schön, unkompliziert

Wir haben hier im Juli 2022 sieben Nächte verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Lage: Sehr ruhig und friedlich mitten in der Natur. Bellende Hunde sind nachts nur in der Ferne zu hören. (Was in dieser Gegend auch ganz anders sein kann.) Einzig frühmorgens hört man etwas die Arbeiten vom Steinbruch. Auch schön ist die Nähe zum Strand: 6-8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Haus & Ausstattung: Klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Relativ neu. Etwas zu wenig Ausstattung in der Küche (z.B. kein kleines scharfes Messer vorhanden, nur 1 Topfuntersetzer). Sauberkeit: Insgesamt gut; schön, dass Seife, Geschirrspülmittel und Toilettenpapier bereits vorhanden waren. Matratzenschutz war leider etwas dreckig: leichte Flecken, Staub und Haare. Insgesamt: Wir würden wieder kommen. :)

Schönes, abgelegenes Ferienhaus im Olivenhain

Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung und erfüllte unsere Wünsche bezüglich Ruhe und Naturnähe vollkommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Matraze des Bettes. Sie war durchgelegen und verursachte nach ein paar Nächten Rückenschmerzen.

Wir hatten 9 sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um in die Stadt oder am den Strand zu kommen. Unsere Vermieter haben auf unsere Rückfragen schnell geantwortet. Kontakt hatten wir per WhatsApp.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist nett und gut gelegen. Ruhig ( bis auf entfernte Geräusche mitunter vom imposanten Bergwerk) unter Olivenbäumen und doch nah am herrlichen Strand und an Orosei. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit, allerdings erfolgte der Empfang über WhatsApp, für uns neu. Infos über Einkaufen, Strände, Müllentsorgung, etc. wären hilfreich, werden aber wohl noch ergänzt. Ein Ort zum Wiederkehren, es gibt viel zu entdecken!

Kleines, schön gelegenes Häuschen in einem Olivenhain

Das Häuschen befindet sich relativ ruhig gelegen in einem Olivenhain, umgeben von weiteren Häusern in großem Abstand und Grundstücken, ist aber so gut wie nicht einsehbar. Man hat nach vorne einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, hinten sieht man den Monte Tuttavista. Die Ausstattung ist gut und neuwertig und reicht vollkommen aus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Orosei, also ganz in den Nähe. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Strände und landschaftliche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Ostküste. Ein Auto zum Erkunden ist unbedingt notwendig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zu erreichen und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht. Man kann den Aufenthalt wirklich in Ruhe genießen. Ist man sehr geräuschempfindlich, sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass ab und zu Geräusche durch die Bewirtschaftung der umliegenden Grundstücke vorkommen. Auch die Arbeiten im Bergwerk sind etwas zu hören, aber nur auf der Rückseite des Hauses, nicht auf der Terrasse zum Meer hin. Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem Häuschen, die schönen Strände, die Wanderungen im Hinterland sowie die tolle Landschaft überall sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen.

Petite maison à l'abri des regards qui pourrait être beaucoup mieux entretenue

Il y a de bonnes idées dans l'aménagement (à bon marché) de cette petite maison.Cependant il en ressort une literie de mauvaise qualité, une douche qui fuit, du mobilier qui se démonte. Les sols étaient sales à notre arrivée et les lits non préparés. L'énorme carrière voisine apporte passablement de bruit dès 4 heures du matin. Une amélioration de la qualité devrait être apportée par les propriétaires même si on nous a généreusement offert des poires et des figues des arbres environnants. C.RN Suisse

wunderbar ruhig gelegen

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir haben tolle drei Wochen dort verbracht. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit tollen Aussichten auf das Meer und die Berge, die es zu erklimmen gilt. Haus, Terrasse und Grill bieten alles was man im Urlaub als Ruhesuchende benötigt. Strand und Straßen für (Wander-)Ausflüge sind schnell erreicht.

Consigliato!

Casa molto accogliente, pulizia impeccabile e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il posto è davvero bello, adatto per chi come me ama stare immerso nella natura. Si trova a pochi chilometri dal paese e vicinissima al mare. Consigliato per chi vuole concedersi una vacanza di puro relax e visitare spiagge da sogno.

Perfect!

We have really enjoyed our stay in this place! On our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Mr. Domenico, with an homemade oil bottle and a good bottle of wine. He explained to us what places to visit and was always available for help and advice. The house offers a great garden, one kitchen/living room, one bedroom and a bathroom. Next to the usual equipment there is a microwave and a barbecue grill. Within 5 minutes you are in the city center with shops, restaurants and banks and within 5 minutes you find two nice beaches (Su Petrous and Osala). I would highly recommend this location, as it fitted perfectly our expectations.
