Kapsalia Holiday Villa nu 3, is one of five, self catering spacious high-set villas with traditional furnishing and PRIVATE in-ground pool, perched at the top of Pissouri Village with balcony views over Pissouri Bay. Kapsalia villa sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms ( both en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin, both with air conditioning unit ) plus 2 convertible chairs in the lounge area which also has access to a 3rd shower/basin/toilet. Relax in the cool and spacious, open plan living/dining/kitchen with washing machine, iron & iron board, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, smart TV, WI-FI, and A/C unit.

Two sliding patio doors lead out to the patio, pool and private gardens. Enjoy Pissouri Bay views from your private balcony with patio furniture.

Very peaceful and relaxing location.

The Villa is situated at the top of the village only a 20 minuet leisurely walk to the village square. Pissouri bay is only a 5 minuet drive and Paphos and Limasol are a 30 minuet drive or about €40 in a taxi Panikos the owner was at the villa every morning ensuring that the pool and outside areas were clean. We had an issue with the satellite receiver which was replaced within 5 minutes of talking to Panikos. The Villa is very well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi & TV with satellite. The pool area gets the sun all day so ideal for topping up on a tan. On the whole this villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday and I would recommend it.

Notre séjour

Excellent lieu de vacances, au calme, piscine bien entretenue qui rend l endroit encore plus agréable. Le logement est bien équipé juste ce qu'il faut, climatisations dans toute la maison, bien appréciable par les fortes chaleurs. Panikos est agréable, bienveillant et très arrangeant. Ménage fait dedans et dehors tous les 4 jours, poubelles vidées linge de lit et draps de bains changés. Pissoúri square est très charmant, des petits restons de qualité et très sympa, bon rapport qualité prix... très belle plage de Pissouri Beach à 10 minutes à peine en voiture, parking gratuit, location parasol et transat pour 3 entre 5 et 10 euros pour 3 personnes. Bref très agréable séjour à Chypre, nous recommandons fortement Kapsalia Holidays Villas 👍
