Sunny and roomy apartment on the beachfront, just across Playa de Santa Ana, Benalmadena's best beach. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small three stories building, fitted with elevator. It's easily accessible by elderly guests and persons with reduced mobility. Families with children are welcome. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The master bedroom sports a 150 cm bed, large built-in wardrobe with safe, large windows with a small balcony overlooking the sea, very sunny and bright.
The second bedroom boasts two beds of 90 cm each, wardrobe and small balcony facing the sea.
The ample living room has a lounge/relax area with double sofa bed, armchair, LCD TV with international channels, and a dining area suitable for up to 6 people.
A huge window facing southeast lets in plenty of natural light and sea breeze and provides the diners beautiful sea views.
The separate kitchen is fully furnished with sink, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster and provides all the necessary equipment for up to 6 guests.
The large bathroom is fully fitted with tub, bidet and hair dryer.
All rooms are fitted with silent and very efficient ceiling fans. In combination with the large windows and the proximity to the sea, this feature makes the whole apartment pleasantly fresh at summer, reducing the need for air conditioning.
Internet wifi, air conditioning and heating, bed linen and bath towels are provided and included in the rental without extra cost. Cleaning is done before the start of every new rental and is included in the rental cost. There's no housekeeping service during the stay.
For an additional cost, we have a PRIVATE PARKING PLACE available in a public covered garage located on the same street of the apartment, right next to the building and to the beach.
Opportunities of VERY GOOD DISCOUNTS FOR PROLONGED STAYS are offered only in low season (from October to March). Please ask for a quote.

Getting to the apartment from Malaga Airport or from Malaga Maria Zambrano train station is quite easy: just get on the Cercanias C-1 train direction Fuengirola and stop at Benalmadena-Arroyo de la mIel. From there you have 1.7 km left, you can either walk (downhill), take the M-103 Bus (stops in front of our door) or take a taxi. If you arrive by car, take exit 222 from the A-7 highway. There are both free and paid public parking around our flat.
The apartment is surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, health centers, beach bars, etc.
Within walking distance there are plenty of attractions available, such as thematic and amusement parks, water sports, bike and boat rentals, golf courses. Just across the street, the seafront promenade leading to Puerto Marina is flanked by a multitude of beach bars and restaurants inviting to unwind in a casual atmosphere, enjoying the treats of local and international gastronomy.
The area is very well communicated by taxi, bus and train serving many destinations. Taxi and bus stops are just in front of the door. The international airport of Malaga is just a 20 minutes drive and also accessible by local train service.
There's no need to rent a car in such a location, but in case more freedom of movement is required, car rentals are available in close proximity.

An hop-on hop-off bus tour stops right in front of our apartment. Actually, the building accommodating the flat is built over roman ruins that are one of the attractions of the tour!
