This is a beautiful 3-story house built in the traditional Sevillian style with an interior patio and a roof terrace. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, has 250 square meters. It has a Jacuzzi on the second terrace. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the Plaza de España. It is the perfect place to enjoy Seville on foot. You can sleep up to 10 and have two single rooms, three rooms with double beds. 2 of the rooms have a private bathroom and one of the suites also has a private living room with a sofa bed and TV. The rooms have their own keys for privacy. We also have a crib that we can put in any of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and next to the kitchen there is a dining room / combo room. There is a second living room upstairs. There is a dedicated laundry room also with washing machine and dryer. The roof terrace has outdoor furniture and is a beautiful place to relax outdoors in the morning or at night. Each room has its own heating / cooling system. The house also has a beautiful interior courtyard / outdoor patio. This helps keep the house cooler during the summer and is also an excellent place for plants to thrive.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen and there is a large grocery store 100 meters from the house, on the ground floor of El Corte Inglés.

We speak Spanish and English and we hope to help you enjoy our city and our home.

The property is situated in an easily accessible area. For instance, the cathedral was just a 10 minute walk away. Grocery stores are 5-minute walk away. You certainly don't need a car. It was an easy walk to the bus stop. It was very clean and Jeremiah was available for any questions we had. There is construction next door that except for half an hour when they first arrived in the morning, it did not worry us at all

The house is beautiful and located close to the Catedral, Real Alcazar and many restaurants and bars. Jeremiah is a great host! The rooftop terrace and hot tub are especially nice, especially in the springtime when it’s not too hot yet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Sevilla! We didn’t want to leave!

This is the place to stay !

Jeremiah and his family made us feel very welcome in Seville! The apartment was ideal for 7 of us . It’s Clean , spacious and in a great location. Also has a nice Spanish feel to it . We spent more time hanging out in the apartment then in Seville! You will not be disappointed!!

My name is Jeremiah and I'm an American that now lives in Sevilla. My wife is Veronica and she is half Spanish and half British. We lived in North Carolina for 20 years before moving to Sevilla with our children. We love hosting and look forward to having you stay with us in our new City.

Why they chose this property

We moved to Sevilla in 2016 to live permanently with the 3 youngest of our 5 children. We wanted a change of lifestyle and Sevilla is perfect for us, we now almost never have to use a car anymore unless we go to the countryside. Our home in Sevilla is a 5 minute walk from this house and when we decided we wanted to own a rental property in Sevilla, we did a lot of research and decided upon this one because it is built in a historic style and is on a quiet street that is in the absolute center of the city (hard to find) and can hold larger groups or families. It is in the middle of everything but placed just right so you are not in the heavy tourist areas. When our friends come from the USA and around the world, this is the kind of place where we would like them to stay to get the true Sevilla experience that you would get if you lived here.

What makes this property unique

Advantages are many. Quiet street, walking distance to all of the top attractions in Sevilla. Not in a heavy tourist street, no shops on this street, but 2 minutes away you will find more great shops and wonderful bars and restaurants than you can imagine. Great outdoor seating for the mornings or evenings. For the evenings that our guests are not out at a bar or restaurant, they love to have their favorite drinks and chat while sitting on the outdoor furniture on the rooftop terrace. There is also a second terrace with a hot tub which is very lovely for relaxing.
