A lovely open plan studio apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday.
In the living room area, there is a large 4 seater sofa with table and book cupboard. There is also a CD player and radio.
The well equipped kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster.
There is a nice dining table inside and outside.
Outside is a private and gated terrace with table for 2, sun loungers and umbrella and a gas BBQ.....all within just a short walk to the pool and boasting the same open views and amazing sunsets.
There is 3.5hectares of garden and fields with petanque, ping pong, badminton, giant chess, private fishing lake and gated shared swimming pool.
