A must-see Central Townhouse with leisure pool !
Located in the town centre, one minute from the famous Café de Paris, opposite the village church.
The stone house, separated in two parts, hosts the best pizzeria of the bastide on the front side and on the side, a hidden entrance reveals a charming interior courtyard with a relaxation pool, a garden table and a BBQ. Also in a dedicated room on the ground floor, a treadmill and a rowing machine.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with its turquoise en-suite bathroom is accessed from the landing. Then, pushing the door, a wide and long corridor reveals a bunk bed and its dressing room which will delight the young children! A second spacious bedroom with its en-suite shower room and a toilet are also accessible from this corridor, which ends in a study area. To finish, a bright and friendly living/dining room opens onto a small, well-equipped open kitchen.
