There is a communal door to the house, a flight of stairs then a private and secure entrance to your apartment. You will have the whole space to your self. The apartment is well equipped with Washer/Dryer, T.V , Iron and has been refurbished with luxury in mind.Situated in the safe and popular area of Bearwood close to the high st where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Easy access to Birmingham City Centre , Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham University and other local landmarks. Awesome stay :)
The apartment is situated in a great area. Supermarkets are located at 5 minutes walking distance. There are many restaurantes, pubs, junk food stores... nearby.
It was fully equipped with all necessary devices that we need in our day to day life. And Ashraf was really helpful and was quick to solve some issues we had.
We have loved our time spent here and will definately recommend it to others.

Der Teufel liegt im Detail ...
Eine schöne, preiswerte kleine Dachwohnung im 2. Stock - nur über 25 kleine, z.T. auch sehr hohe und unregelmäßige Treppenstufen erreichbar (challenge!).
Die Adresse gibt es in Birmingham (mindestens) zweimal - und natürlich fand ich zuerst die Falsche! Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit - war aber zunächst aus privaten Gründen verhindert - später dann angenehmes Treffen.
Die Ausstattung im "Loft" sehr gut bzw. praktisch - bis auf die Schlafplätze: Bettmatratze durchgelegen und das Schlafsofa hat diesen Namen leider gar nicht verdient!
Da der Aufenthalt nur kurz war, war es eine bereichernde Erfahrung - zu einem relativ günstigen Preis ...

Amazing place
Very clean flat I absolutely loved it, I definitely raccomend it. Excellent customer service and also the flat as everything you need to live in, I felt at home, very conformable. If I will come to visit Birmingham I will come back definitely to this Chic apartment!
