This bright, newly refurbished, 3 double bedroom apartment with own garage space overlooks a charming garden plaza, lined with jacarandas, perfectly situated between the Old Town and the Sea, in the area known as the "historic extension" (ensanche histórico). Great for families! You are just 200 meters from the Paseo Marítimo and the beach. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the center of Marbella’s Old Town or the Parque de la Alameda and the famous collection of sculptures by Salvador Dali on the Avenida del Mar.

The apartment has a long balcony with great views over the leafy square, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen, where you can enjoy family time. High speed Internet with Wi-Fi access and multi-channel, multi-language TV are provided free of charge. You also have the convenience of a lift to your front door and your own garage space. This fully air-conditioned apartment is equipped with modern furniture and brand new appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and even a blender for making those all-important smoothies on a hot day!

We offer wheelchair access, fiber-optic cable TV and buzzer/ intercom from the building front door to the apartment. You have your own garage space in the basement of the apartment block - the nearest bus stop is just outside Cafeteria Marbella on Av. Ricardo Soriano - a three minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is surrounded by dozens of famous Cafés, Tapas Bars and Restaurant choices, from the best of Spanish to Guide Michelin and Oriental banquets. Supermarkets are also close for when you prefer to eat in. Elegant boutiques and Art and Craft shops abound. Enjoy an alfresco meal or a drink on the terrace overlooking the tree lined Plaza Delfin. A 5 minute stroll brings you to the centre of the Old Town, while a stroll to the west brings you to the Parque de la Constitución with its beautiful open air amphitheatre, used in summer for occasional concerts and plays. The Golden Mile follows the sea from Marbella to Puerto Banús. You can catch a bus or ferry there, hire a bike, drive, or even walk.

In the apartment you will find a comprehensive ‘Welcome Book’ that details many places of interest, both local and within an easy drive. You’ll find a calendar of Cultural Events and Festivals; markets for local food, arts and crafts; white villages and National Parks. Marbella is an artist’s paradise! The calm sea lapping on a sandy beach is just metres away, but for those who want a change there’s the thrill of swimming in a mountain stream; kite surfing; scuba-diving; or walking the breath-taking Camino Del Rey. There’s much to discover and enjoy!

We travel abroad for part of the year and in our absence the caring and professional team at La Costa Marbella will be looking after you. After we receive your booking a member of the La Costa team will email you and will meet you on arrival and show you around the apartment and provide you with the keys. They will only be a phone call away all during your stay. If you have any special needs such as transportation to and from the airport just let them know.

Perfect location to stay in Marbella!

We had a great time in Marbella. This apartment is perfectly located between old town and the beach, just a five minute walk to either. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Clean apartment perfect size for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming apartment in a perfect location!

Such a perfect location in Marbella! A few minutes walk and you’re on the beach or in the old town. The apartment had every comfort we needed, including beach towels, and was clean and cozy! We spent many evenings on the balcony listening to Marbella life and enjoying the view of the park and mountains. Right next door is the best little cafe serving REALLY good food with excellent service. We also rented a car so easily from the car rental place literally steps away and parked it right at the apartment’s garage. Ana greeted us upon our arrival and was incredibly gracious and helpful. She kept in constant contact prior to our arrival and made our check in go smoothly. The beds were incredibly comfortable and each room had its own air conditioning unit, which we didn’t even need to use because the Marbella breezes through the apartment are refreshing. We had daily siestas on the extra long sofas, large enough for two to stretch out. There is a television but we didn’t turn it on once because there is so much to do! WiFi was excellent and I could even pick it up from the cafe next door. We had such a nice time and the apartment felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The communication with host was great, always willing to help and answer questions. Apartment is 2 blocks from the beach, have a cafe bistro and convenient store in the fsame block. Very clean apartment and perfrct for us 3 bed/2 bath. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location!

We’ve just returned from staying in this apartment. It was well equipped with everything you needed. Brightly decorated, very clean. The little balcony was nice. It was well positioned, 5 minutes walk to the beach with & a long promenade of restaurants bars & shops. Also less than 10 minutes to the old town of authentic Spanish white washed lanes with some lovely eatery’s & tapas restaurants. The underground parking was a real added bonus although we only took the car out twice. Once was a trip to the local Lidl & then we drove to La Cala. Don’t even attempt to try & park on the streets of Marbella it’s worse than London! The bus service is good, we took a trip to Porto Banus which wasn’t far away. Lovely apartment, fantastic position. We’d definitely go back.
