Blackhawk Creek - A Great Family Getaway

Blackhawk Creek LLC is a recently renovated farm home built in 1896. Some rooms have the original hardwood floors and there is oak trim throughout the house, adding to its country charm. There are four bedrooms in this spacious two story home with a full kitchen, large living room and dining room. The home is nestled in the hills between Ferdinand and Santa Claus (less than 7 miles from Holiday World and Splashin' Safari) with convenient access. Large shade trees, a gazebo and gas grill are great for picnics and watching sunrises and sunsets. The home is on a working farm and is great for families. You will be in the country and experience the sights and sounds of nature, including cows and sheep. You may also see deer and wild turkeys.

After a day at Holiday World, antiquing, golfing or sightseeing, the beautiful, tranquil setting of Blackhawk Creek is a great place to unwind. Blackhawk Creek is a wonderful place to make memories.

Beautifully and wonderfully maintained house and property in the country on an active farm. This home is fully stocked and is comfortable for a large family/families. The views are amazing too! The owners are easy to contact and are local. Stores and restaurants within minutes as well as Holiday World! We were very thankful for this available booking!

This place is great ! We stayed for the weekend trip to holiday world. Nice quiet country house with plenty of room for our 2 families. The house was clean and very well kept. The rolling hills around make for a great view and outside gazebo was awesome. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again !!

We had our annual family Holiday World trip last week. With our family growing over the past couple of years we needed a bigger place to stay. This was the perfect spot with plenty of rooms and space. Conveniently located and perfect for a big group.
