Perfect as a base to discover the city Piazza Duomo, Brera Art Gallery, Alla Scala Theatre and numerous museums and churches can be easily reached on foot; Leonardo’s Last Supper is a few bus stops away. Within walking distance many shopping opportunities: the "fashion district" with the elegant via Montenapoleone, the luxury megastore La Rinascente, the many shops in via Torino and via Dante. And in the evening a wide choice of pubs for an “aperitivo” and restaurants offering local food, international and ethnic cuisine in the lively neighbourhoods of Porta Romana, the Columns of San Lorenzo and the Navigli. Well served by public transport (metro M3 at 200m); several supermarkets just around the corner.

The apartment is inside an ancient noble palace that takes its name from the Majnoni family, who bought it at the end of the XVIII century and that made it a rare model of elegant sobriety, thanks to major building interventions. During the last restoration carried out in the last century by the architect Caccia Dominioni, precious mosaics (closed to visitors) from different eras were discovered in the basement, the oldest of which dates back to the 1st century BC, considered among the most important of the ancient Mediolanum.

The apartment
Quiet and fully furnished 50 sqm one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor; double exposure, overlooking a courtyard and a private alley.
Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and single sofa bed (80x200); single sofa bed (115x190) in the living room.
Fully equipped kitchenette with induction cooktop with two burners, fridge and freezer, utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishes, Espresso maker and Nespresso machine.
Individually controlled air conditioning; centralized heating with adjustable temperature – operating period and hours decided by the condominium (maximum 14 hours from mid-October to mid-April).

Notes
- there is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; arrivals after 8pm must be communicated at the time of booking
- dogs are welcome, provided they do not climb on the sofa or bed; please report their presence when booking. We are sorry; we do not accept cats
- if you arrive by car, please note that the whole city of Milan is a traffic limited zone. Detailed information on how to reach the apartment, on the restricted traffic area and where to park will be provided with the confirmation message
- the dining table is uncomfortable in case of 4 guests
- in case of loss of the keys, € 50 will be charged

House rules
- courtyards are just for transit; it is forbidden to chat, hang laundry, sit or leave children's strollers in the courtyards and in the landing
- in case of return at night please limit noise as much as possible; it is forbidden to organize parties / events and any noisy activity that may disturb neighbours
- guests are kindly asked to wash dishes and pans before leaving
- it is mandatory to respect the rules for waste recycling
- if you face any problem during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible; only in this way we can take appropriate actions trying to solve them during your stay
