The 3 bedrooms have comfy king size beds. The master bedroom (downstairs) has its own bath and a striking view of the river and mountains. The second bedroom (upstairs) enjoys the same view. And whether you want to read next to the stone fireplace, sit on the patio and watch the wildlife, or lounge in the loft with a board game -- there's a perfect spot for everyone.
Enjoy cooking? The kitchen with granite counter tops comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, flatware, and even crystal. With the summer farmers market only a five minute drive into Downtown Estes Park, you can easily pick up locally grown produce, grass-fed bison, or handmade pierogies. And don't worry, if you just want some Oreo's there are grocery stores, too! If you feel like grilling, head out to the patio and fire up the propane grill.
Less than an hour and a half from Denver International Airport and only 45 minutes from Boulder, Estes on the River is easily accessible from Highway 36. This is a true escape from the ordinary, so come up to our mountains and let the Big Thompson River wash your worries away.

This is our 3rd time to stay at the property. We always look forward to staying here. It’s like our home away from home. The view is beautiful of the mountains and the river behind the house. We will definitely be back.
The property was excellent. The view was fantastic. Everything that was stocked was great. We absolutely loved our stay. The 2 sets of blinds by the dining room table didn’t work. The fireplace only worked the 1st night. The showerhead in the downstairs bathroom could be replaced. I just wanted to let you know what wasn't working. If we ever come back to Estes Park, I'll definitely be looking for your place. Thanks so much!
We had a family & friend vacation that was perfect. Views are amazing & the house has all the amenities to cook a nice dinner & relax! We will definitely stay here again.
This home is well maintained and had everything we needed for our week's stay in Estes Park. Great location with a very nice and relaxing outdoor space. The property manager was great to work with.

This home is the perfect place to stay in Estes Park. Spacious, well equipped and very clean. Sleeping with the river running outside the window was fantastic.
Just minutes from the National Park entrance (don't forget to buy your entry passes!) and from downtown, the location was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
