good morning to all, the house was dirty and those who had to clean it while noting that it was dirty replied that "it was a country house" as if it were discounted; the pool was dirty and the "garden" unusable from how many bushes there were; the floor of the bedrooms lacked bulbs in 2 rooms and bathrooms, incredible that they say it at the check in done by "friends" of the managers and that the owner mon knowledges. kind to welcome our dogs. no air conditioning a place to avoid absolutely.

Dear Angelo, Thank for your message. You asked for a discount of 200 € before posting your message which I refused. The house and the property are getting cleaned for more than 10 hours each time we welcome a new guest. The bulbs have been changed as quick as possible. The garden (in which your dogs did what they had to do without having you collecting their "gifts" after ...thank you for that) is being maintained for 12 hours a month every month all year long even when we do not welcome guests. As for air conditionning, I do not see your point, since it is not mentionned as being part of the caracteristics/accommodations of the house. I wish you the best

Maison familiale spacieuse dans un cadre verdoyant

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison familiale très bien conçue. Une grande et belle piscine profonde (2,9m d'un côté) un sympathique terrain de pétanque, un salon et une cuisine ouverts sur l'extérieur. Pas de Clim mais des ventilateurs nous ont permis de supporter la chaleur nocturne. Pas mal de travaux sont prévus car la maison doit être rafraîchie ( ouvrants se fermant mal, salles de bain, dalles des terrasse, etc) mais elle est tout de même très agréable à vivre car très bien conçue. Les lits sont neufs ainsi que la cuisine et les ustensiles.

high voltage pylon right next to the house!!!

Not written in the Description the pylon!!!Very dirty sunbeds, bathrooms,clogged toiletts persons came to clean horrible smell the whole evening, Next 2 days they clean again! The owner gave little % of the price but it was Not at all a holiday for us!! For that price we paid it is a no go! That was Not what we expected! We are Family M. from Hamburg Germany!

Séjour à Grasse

Séjour juillet 2021 - endroit superbe, dans un quartier calme, néanmoins proche de magasins, pharmacie etc. L’accueil chaleureux, disponibilités complètes de gérants de la maison. Maison sans climatisation, mais équiper en ventilateurs. Grande, avec ses 5 chambres, ainsi que deux salle de bain et deux toilettes a donné tout confort pour nos deux familles. Généralement équipé en ce qui est nécessaires (manque de petites choses: en cuisine épluche légumes, ou fer à repasser). Un coup de frais fera du bien à la maison. La terrasse se situe devant porte de la cuisine, et prêt de BBQ, qui permet l’accès rapide à l’intérieur de la maison. La magnifique piscine, grande - faire de longueur ou bien jouer avec les enfants c’était un vrai régal. Elle se situe juste devant la terrasse, offrant l’accès rapide, et visibilité complète, qui a permis nos enfants jouer seuls sous nos yeux. Peu plus loin un grand terrain pétanque sous les arbres qui nous a permit faire plusieurs tournois de pétanque. Nous avons pu garer nos véhicules sans soucis, il restait de la place pour encore deux ou trois véhicules. Nous avons passé le sejour agréable!

Large but not so nice house

The house is really Big and good however the kitchen is super small and dirty, very poorly equipped. There are No fans at all in the house and it becomes very hot, especially upstairs. We had a problem with large rats climbing the Palm trees to get up on to the balcony, discusting. There was also mice inside the house, both in the kitchen and upstairs in the wardrobes. The pool is great but I Will never rent this house again.

Fint område med stor bassäng

Trevligt hus med fin indelning av rum för flera familjer, men huset behöver en renovering både inne o ute för det börjar se väldigt slitet ut. Stor fin tomt med flera områden att sitta och en stor bassäng. Det ända jag har att utsätta på fastigheten är att det inte var någon form för fläktar i sovrummen för att få cirkulation på luften och med 38 grader ute om dagen så är det varmt inne på natten. Köket kunde varit lite bättre utrustad med gryter o panner. Vi var tre familier som hyrde huset och hade en fantastisk fin upplevelse av området.

la villa est grande et plutôt bien équipé, elle est au calme bien qu'au centre de grasse, la piscine est belle et la vue sur les collines très jolie, il y a toutes sortes de commodités proches, bon rapport qualité prix.
