Nice house with view and private pool near the Canal du Midi
This is a holiday house with character situated in the quiet village of Montouliers based, built on a steep hill between vineyards and hills of the Minervois.
The Canal du Midi (World Heritage Site by UNESCO) is 5 km. It offers its shores to walkers who will love to walk on the shady paths hallage wish. Many little habors such as Capestang, Somail, Sallèles Aude and Homps punctuate its course and allow stopovers fun with boat rentals, bicycle, restaurants ...
Travel Advisory to culture seekers : they can satisfy their curiosity within a radius of 50 km with the discovery of sites of great interest as Carcassonne, the Cathar castles, abbeys, the village of Minerve and of Pezenas (where Molière lived) ....
The white sand beaches of Gruissan or Valras are 30 kilometers.
All shops are located in the small neighboring town of Argeliers. However, a grocery staples is less than 100 m.
This beautiful stone house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is located in a quiet area and opens onto a large tiled terrace furnished. It has a lawned garden with flowers of 600 m² and a beautiful private pool. It has 8mx4m and a depth of 1.50m. Secured by an alarm, it is open from june to end of september. The house of 140 m², is comfortably furnished, very nicely decorated and offers services of high quality.
On the ground floor, a living room, a large living and dining area with open kitchen, 1 twin bedroom and shower room with toilet.
On 1st floor, 1 queen size bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, 1 twin bedroom and shower room with toilet.
Note: excellent bedding.
Beautiful open views of the surrounding vineyards. Sorry no pets allowed. Parking for 1 car in front of the house on a shady place else for other vehicles.
Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory final cleaning at 70 €
Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 12 € / person, to be ordered before arrival.
