About this property

Family Friendly Beach Vacation Condo

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths condo is located on the top floor with a large balcony and amazing lagoon views from the master bedroom and living area, also a view of the Gulf from 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave,keurig and 12 cup coffee pot. small appliances and washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Internet access: The complex has free WiFi service throughout the facility including the pool area, both docks and the beach too! The condo has it's own private wifi for streaming and other use when you're inside.

Conveniently located to provide access to both the beach and Little Lagoon. Private, deeded beach access provides a boardwalk over the dunes available exclusively to GSSR guests.

The large pool deck is perfect for sun bathing and cooling off in the pool on hot summer days. There are also tables with umbrellas on the pool deck for those who want to enjoy the tropical setting in the cool shade.

The complex is truly a sportsman’s paradise as it is equipped with two fishing piers, boat launch, boat slips and fish cleaning area. The lagoon is perfect for boating, fishing, water sports and activities. Less than half a mile from the complex is an inlet that provides access to the Gulf.

There are two picnic areas located on the lagoon. Each area has two picnic tables and 3 charcoal grills and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival at the complex. The fee of $30 can be paid in the front office. If arriving after office hours the fee can be paid the following morning. Up hi to 2 vehicles can be registered per condo.

A $30 boat registration fee must be paid in the front office for guests who intend to use the boat launch.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted in the condo or on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas on the pool deck.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age.

Great Place and Location

This was our 2nd time staying at this property (different condo unit). The condo was great. Very clean quite. The pool at the condo is great too if you don't feel like walking to the ocean. But when you do go to the ocean, the location is great. It was never real crowded like it is at the public beach locations near the down town.

We enjoyed Mother's day weekend at 703B! The views were spectacular and we were so blessed by great weather for the beach. The condo was just perfect! It was very spacious and updated. It was very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful 4 day stay! The pool was great, as always! We love having the option to fish off the piers, and the private beach access is just across the street. Even brought tennis racquets and played a bit. There's something for everyone here. We love stay at the GSSRC! We like to try new condos within this resort and we absolutely LOVED this one! It was the perfect space for our family. Our girls loved having their own beds, too! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Rae was wonderful to work with as well. We will be back again!!

Perfect for us!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks. It was the perfect size and location for us. Loved being across from the white sand beach. On windy days we enjoyed the pool by the lagoon. We played pickleball several times too. There are so many good restaurants in the area but when we cooked I found that the kitchen was well stocked. Even though it was spring break it was quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

Excellent all around!!

Our experience with the condo and Rae the host was above and beyond! She communicated to us and fixed all of our problems in a timely manner; being that the AC wasn't working correctly and got the problem fixed immediately in this HOT august heat. We loved the location as we could enjoy both the Gulf Shores right across the road from condo, or even go down to Perdido Key, Florida as we did many times throughout our stay. Definitely was a fantastic vacation and would have loved to stayed forever!
