We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and very easy to check in with our host meeting us and show us the apartment. Will definitely stay there again in the future

Fantastic property

This was a truly beautiful apartment in the center of Madrid on the Plaza De Espana. The apartment is modern and very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (very helpful for a July-August visit. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the Casa de Campo park. Lovely stay....thank you!

First time in Madrid

The flat was very clean and what was expected. Location great. Very close to metro and walkable to a number of sites. In preparation to take trip I emailed the property manager a couple of times and did not hear back. We arrived from the states early and the property manager was very accommodative. A few suggestions: clarify which building the unit is in. We were waiting in the hotel next door for us to be met. Provide some instructions such as where to take the trash and how to use some of the appliances such as the cook top and washer/drier. All that said we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

The apartment itself was great and in a lovely location. However, the management company ruined this experience. We had a broken AC during 99 degree weather. 36 hours after I first reached out, they finally replied and sent someone to turn it off and back on again. That didn’t work. The next 48 hours, I sent multiple messages asking for help as the heat inside the apartment grew unbearable. I never heard another word from them. This poor review is not about the AC. It’s about the complete lack of respect given to us to help us during a difficult time. Very unprofessional - and, dare I say, inhumane.

El apartamento esta lindísimo y es muy cómodo. Tal cuál se aprecia en las fotos

Todo funcionó a la perfección con excepción de una de las dos llaves del apartamento que aún cambiándole la pila nunca funcionó y eso complico un poco nuestra logística para entrar al apartamento. Espero puedan arreglar esa llave.
