My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at Chiara's place! Easy and fast check-in process and her place was conveniently located by La Spezia Centrale. Her place was spacious and comfortable. Really appreciated the latge balcony, which we used quite frequently during our stay! Only callout was the wifi signal was a bit weak outside of the bedroom, but not a big deal!

Good base for travelling

Flat met all our needs & host was very helpful. Location was fine when the bus was running but they stop at 20:20 & the twenty minute walk is up hill most of the way.

Cinque Terre and La Spezia

My two close friends and I are backpacking around Europe and decided to make a stop here. Chiara was a phenomenal host, responding quickly and was very helpful with providing information to get to cinque terre. Check in and out were super easy, and the place is a few minutes walk from the bus station that takes you right back to the main train station. The place was quaint and the balcony was a great place to unwind after a long day out. There was a faucet to refill water bottles on the porch, and Chiara even supplied us with tea bags and other small snacks. Chiara was super friendly and you can tell she really cares about your experience. The area was good as a female traveler, and I felt safe staying at this Vrbo. If I’m ever back in La Spezia I would absolutely stay here again!

Vraiment bel appartement bien situé a la marche de la gare. Stationnement dans la rue directement en face de l'appartement nous avons été chanceux d'avoir une place. Hôte très gentille et très respectueuse. Tous les equipements necessaires et même des petites confitures pour le matin.Je recommande.Merci je recommande.

Appartement idéalement situé. Prêt de tout. Beaucoup de renseignements à disposition dans l appartement et expliqués par Chiara à l arrivée. Faut juste choper le coup de main avec la clé.

Très bon séjour chez Chiara

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Chiara, elle nous a très bien accueilli et donné beaucoup d'informations sur les visites. L'appartement est propre et cosy, il est très bien situé pour se balader dans les cinq terre. Juste dommage que la machine à laver ne soit pas accessible et quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus. enus.

Logement agréable et bien placé pour visite des Cinque Terre

Logement refait à neuf, très propre avec une grande terrasse très agréable. Petit bémol pour les ustensiles de cuisine très minimalistes...et des voisins un peu bruyants (problème d'insonorisation). La propriétaire est très sympathique et sent bon le gentillesse !

Accueil très sympathique de Chiara, qui fournit beaucoup de renseignements utiles : transports, lieux à visiter, supermarché. L'appartement est très confortable, très propre, et avec une grande terrasse bien agréable. Il est très bien situé : arrêt bus proche, et places de parking gratuites devant l'immeuble. Environnement calme.

Nice little apartement with a lovely balcony.

Very nice apartement for 3 persons. There is a nice bedroom and bathroom, with clean towels. .Everything was clean and cosy, and we really enjoyed the big balcony with lots of space. The kithen is very small and there is not very many tools for cooking, but it was okay for us, for the 3 nights. We walked to the City in about 20 minuts, or else its easy to catch bus nr. 3 right around the corner. It goes to the boats, if You are going by boat to Cinque Terre. The owner is very helpfull.

Agréable et bien situé

Appartement parfaitement situé non loin de la gare et du centre ville, très pratique pour prendre le train pour les 5 terres ou le bus pour PortoVenere, Propre, cosy, bien équipé. Chiara est très disponible et sympathique. Je recommande !
