The house is in very good condition and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was very convenient to all the things in the Kirkwood neighborhood that we wanted to be close to. During our day, my family became ill and our host was very helpful getting me information to seek urgent care. I am sure I will stay at this house again as I visit the area often.

Absolutely lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly quick at responding to my questions before we booked and during our stay. The neighborhood is lovely. Several restaurants are within walking distance and they are all phenomenal. We will be staying here again the next time we are in Atlanta.

The house was the perfect location for visiting family. The one BUT and it was pretty big two of the 3 beds creaked like worn floor boards. I mean every movement. My son-in-law actually chose to sleep on the floor on a cot mattress to avoid the creaking. Made for little sleep. Communication with host wasn’t what I’m used to from vrbo properties. But I’ll write that off to the individual was traveling. The backyard wasn’t like the picture but it also rained a lot so we weren’t outside. Get new bed frames (make one a king) and we might be back.

Overall a good experience. The layout of the house was great for our friend group, rooms are all similar sized, and the two bathrooms are not en suite so open to everyone. It’s an older home so of course there are some imperfections to be expected, but furnished well and the front porch & back outdoor spaces are lovely. Some really great restaurants within walking distance too. There were a couple of relatively minor things that could be improved, but we would stay here again for this annual event we attend.
