This thoughtfully decorated, fully air-conditioned ground-floor apartment is situated in the tranquil Calle Frankonia, just a short flip-flop and kids friendly walk from one of Marbella`s finest beaches and close to all amenities, restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets. Ideal for families or groups of friends, our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
APARTMENT FEATURES
The highlight of our apartment is the inviting outdoor terrace, which features a delightful swing. This terrace leads directly into the garden and community pools, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.
SWIMMING POOLS
You can acces two community pools directly from your private terrace. You will also be granted access to 4 additional pools and gardens at the neighbouring Golden Beach residential area. These beautiful tropical and well-kept gardens have a direct access to the best Marbella beaches. Sunbeds are provided for chilling and sunbathing. The community pools of Golden Beach are fenced.
BEDROOMS
All bedrooms have an independent AC control.
The apartment features a double en-suite bedroom with a walk-in shower and an optional baby cot, two triple bedrooms (one with a double and single bed, and one with a bunk bed and single bed), and a separate bathroom with a bathtub.
Free WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and hundreds of pre-paid channels ensure you stay entertained. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
PRIME LOCATION
The property is just a leisurely 3-minute flip flop walk to the sandy shores. Fabulous beach bars (La Plage Casanis, El Lido, Perla Blanca, just to name a few) as well as local restaurants (La Scala, Blanco Bar, Mini India), supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl), and a pharmacy are just around the corner. The sandy beach offers different activities for family fun, including paddle board, jet ski rental and pedal boats. The 5* Vincci Estrella del Mar Beach Club with its spa and gym are right on the beach.
SECURITY
The apartment has a 24/7 alarm security system.
SERVICE
This amazing holiday home is run by Lirios Village Marbella, a leading hospitality company offering high standard accommodation and excellent services, ranging from daily maid service, groceries shopping, airport transfers and a private chef (IG liriosvillagemarbella).

Private garage and ample street parking are available for your convenience.
TRANSPORT AND CONNECTIVITY
Marbella city center is a 10-minute drive, and the nearest bus stop, La Vibora, is a 10-minute walk away.
INTERNET
Reliable 5G wifi is free of charge for our guests.
1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 150 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
6. AC must be switched off when not in the apartment.
7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 200 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
9. The apartment is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. PARTIES AND NIGHT-TIME NOISE ARE SUBJECT TO AN 800 EUR FINE.
10. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee.
11. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.
12. Pool hours: 11:00 – 21:00. Quiet hours: 23:00 – 9:00. It is not allowed to hang clothes or towels in the community garden or on the terrace lattice.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please)
2. Load the dishwasher and put it on
3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.
