The house is surrounded by 750 m private and fenced garden, private pool (8m long x 3.5 m) chill out area, solarium, porch, barbecue, terraces for eating, reading, playing and resting outdoors.
Small track (basket for basketball, handball net) in the same house.
Capacity up to 7 people, has 3 rooms. with double bed and one of them with bunk bed, dining-living room, equipped kitchen, porch, bathroom with bathtub. Internet / wifi, tv, hi-fi, toilet located in the garden area.
Nice pond with fish.
The house is located in a very quiet and relaxing area. Accessing the motorway C-32 and the National-340 to all areas. In 2 minutes by car you reach the highway (10 min. Sitges, 20 min. El Prat Airport and 50 kms. Cosmopolitan city of Barcelona).
On the inside 3 kms. Beaches of fine sand on the seafront and port of Segur de Calafell, it is a pleasure for the senses to travel this coast.
Supermarkets, shopping areas, leisure, ... Train station (direct train to Barcelona center, every 30 minutes), special bus to go to the airport.

Natural Parks of Olérdola and Garraf.

Un couple très accueillant et serviable, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. La maison est idéalement située, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la mer, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des plages tout en étant au calme. L’environnement est très paisible, parfait pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Mes enfants ont bien profité de la piscine, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable pour toute la famille. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location sans hésiter !

Un séjour calme et agréable

Nous avons passés un séjour agréable dans cette villa grâce aux nombreuses terrasses à disposition ainsi que la magnifique piscine privée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, merci à eux pour ce séjour.

detente

un bel emplacement ou on domine la mer au loin quelques marches a monter, mais bon on a le temps ! la maison n est pas très grande mais bien agencée et de toutes façons on vit dehors, et tout le nécessaire est prévu, il y a 4 endroits pour se ressourcer ou boire les apéros sans parler des nombreux transats et coin salon barbecue Vraiment super pour être dehors , les petits n ont même pas voulu aller à la plage !!! et la piscine et le terrain de jeu ont vite été adoptés merci à mr et mme Blanca pour ce bel accueil jean louis et ces enfants

Sejour au calme à Calafell

L'hébergement correspond au descriptif. Le confort et l'espace extérieur (piscine, jardin paysagé, barbecue) sont les atouts principaux de ce bien. Blanca a été à l'écoute et attentive à nos besoins. L'accueil a été agréable. Les moustiques étaient gênants, cependant notre hôte avait pris le soin de laisser des répulsifs et une bombe aérosol contre les insectes. Un rafraîchissement en terme de décoration et de peinture pourraient être envisagés. Barcelone est à 1h en voiture. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances chez Blanca! Je recommande volontier.
