This beautiful sea front modern bungalow is situated in Puerto Colon harbour, Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje in the complex Club Atlantis and is 2 minutes walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, the accommodation offers beautiful sea views and a heated swimming pool.
The bungalow has totally been refurbished and has all what you need for a very comfortable holiday, an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free wifi, hair dryer, safe, and air con. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Great lication

Lovely apartment with stunning sea views and great for people watching. Upstairs bedroom a little small for a couple, however there is a sofa bed in the sitting room. Grounds and pool area are very clean. Have to be quick to get a sun bed though. Great communication from hosts Julia and Jason. Would definitely return to this apartment and we highly recommend it.

Fantastic location

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Jason the host made it all go smoothly for us. Met us with the keys, explained where everything was etc. So friendly and so approachable. The bubgalow was in a great location and minutes walk from everything. Pool area is spotless. Getting a sunlounger can be a bit of an issue mind you. Not ideal. Maybe a pre booking system would be better. Wouldnt hesitate to come back. We had plenty of space in the accommodation and its ideal to sit and watch the sunset.

Not the cleanest

Unfortunately this property hasn’t been refurbished as it states online, needs a whole makeover, even just a paint through. The settee is awful and smells so wouldn’t sit on it without a blanket on, the leather has peeled off. The breakfast chairs etc are all rusty. The smell from the bathroom downstairs is awful. Have to have the fan on all night to stop the smell. I would use the hosts again but would definitely not return to this apartment, that being said the location is perfect for everything you need. The photos really should be updated regularly, the chairs at the dining table falling apart. With what they charge there’s no reason the furniture etc can’t be replaced and a deep clean would help.

Excellent value for money, great location Jason the property manage was excellent throughout our stay with communication, collected and returned us to the airport so no stress waiting for transport.. settled us in the property gave us local information on the supermarket's and local gym. Amazing service highly recommend the property for a family holiday
