Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! This beautiful, brand new studio apartment is located on the corner of 5th Avenue and 38th Street. It's 2 blocks down a cobblestone walkway to the beach and right on 5th Avenue surrounded by all the best restaurants in Playa del Carmen. I love being on the corner of 5th and 38th! It's quiet at night but you can walk out the front door and get a Starbucks coffee or choose from at least 30 restaurants within a 5 min walk. It is hands down the best location in Playa del Carmen!
